Went in for a fill in .. paid $42 for a FILL IN & a design on my ring finger , not even 6 hours later all my diamonds fell off. Overcharged me and all for sucky nails & worst service ever. Never again! Read Less

Came here with a friend for a gel manicure and a standard pedicure. The pedicure was probably the worst one I've ever had. My water was barely luke warm, my towel was cold, there was little to no massage, and the way they kept their equipment couldn't have been sterile. Then my manicure was a disaster. She didn't bother cleaning under my nails, and when my friend brought it up she cleaned them so roughly I started bleeding under 2 nails. They shaped my nails extremely unevenly and I had to go back in and have them reshaped. All of this for a whopping $70. Do yourself a favor and skip going to this place. I love this place. I go for mani/pedi & eyebrows. I only do my eyebrows with the owner Kathy. But my mani & pedi with Ida or one of the younger girls. I understand that sometimes the nail polish can be crappy but it's not all of them. Live the Gel polish but it's a pain to take off!! Read Less

Crappiest nail place ever!!! They did gel (shellac) on my nails and they were PEELING OFF the next day!! This is outrageous. I went the next day and asked for a refund and they flat out told me No to my face. I may have lost my money but I am not going there ever again. They are all full of crap. Worst place ever. And they screwed over my mom when she got her pedicure done!! It was supposed to be $25 and they charged her $30 bc she didn't speak English. Went there today and had the worst experience of my life. I should have went with my gut instinct and find another location when I got my initial bad feeling. I told them what I wanted a fill in, a replacement nail, and a pedicure. I was directed to a chair for my pedi first. Chair was broken for lower back massage. Everyone else's was working. I had the dip nails done yesterday. I chose black and at the end my hands looked dirty, caked in powder. Also, the lady had injured me twice! I have two cuts just under my nail from where she used a drill to file my nails and let it sit too long. After I paid, I complained to the guy who sits at the front who apologized and told the nail tech to clean my hands. She scrubbed at my hands and they still looked bad. They're very misshapen nails too. I wish I could add a picture of my cut and these lumpy nails. I hope I don't get an infection from dirty tools. Read Less

I came in after work to have my acrylics removed and try this new sns powder for natural nails. Since my nails grew a decent amount under my acrylics and ive heard a lot of good things about this sns powder that strengthens your natural nail and makes it as hard as acrylics so they can grow and i wanted to try it. I also learned a little bit about the process of applying this powder before i went to get it done. Originally, i thought nail pro would not have this service avail...able. So i went to pink and white. They were closed and i really wanted my nails done and i know the mall is open till 9. i called nail pro and asked if they had the sns powder for natural nails and the guy told me they did, and i drove straight there. They sat me down at a dirty nail station, and the technician simply folded the towel over someone elses clipped nails and shavings and proceeded with my service. She removed my acrylics (they were already pretty loose so it ddnt take long for her to remove them) when it came time to do the powder the only options were glitter colors which didnt bother me much but seemed a bit sketchy to me.. then i realized she was using the same tools as if she was applying acrylics ? I never had the service i was getting done before so i just thought they did it differently then what ive heard. So it was done i paid the 30$, tipped and left. A week or so later the corners of my nails were beginning to chip under the "sns powder". So i decided to go to pink and white on my day off and have them fix me up again. The guy that did my nails bascially told me that whoever did my nails before did a horrible job. Surface wasnt smooth and the shape of my nails looked unnatural. And as he was trying to remove this so called "sns" powder that i thought i had, he informed me that they put acrylic on my natural nail. This upset me very much because when i went to nail pro, i told them about the sns powder and they repeated it to me, so i assumed we had a mutual understanding. I honestly feel that they were just trying to make money off of me. I would not recommend going to this place. Ive been there several times and ive had issues with not being told the cost of things as well and i feel its not worth it. I went for the convenience of going aft work since they are open late but i work very hard for the money i make and clearly this place did not care. Find a place that cares more about quality verses quantity, dont just go anywhere for the convenience because its not worth it.
