The gentleman I had did an excellent job. He was very professional but yet easy to talk too. I would recommend VIP to people. Oh and the prices are right there so you know what your bill will be and fair prices they are.

Worst service ever. They could care less about you. Worst pedicure I've ever had and my eyebrows were half done. Would not recommend!!

I can't say enough good things about VIP. The employees are very polite and courteous and treat each customer as though they're the only one there. Tracy is just wonderful. She does an excellent job ...
I can't say enough good things about VIP. The employees are very polite and courteous and treat each customer as though they're the only one there. Tracy is just wonderful. She does an excellent job with nails as well as pedicures. I'm very happy there.

Worst sloppy manicure and polish I ever had. Had a young man . Edges of polish job weren't smooth and clean lines. Hand massage consisted of cold cheap lotion rubbed into my hands. A couple tiny bubbl...
Worst sloppy manicure and polish I ever had. Had a young man . Edges of polish job weren't smooth and clean lines. Hand massage consisted of cold cheap lotion rubbed into my hands. A couple tiny bubbles areas have already chipped in less than 24 hours. Will never go again

Worse place! Don't go there! Got my eye lash Extensions done and they glued my lids together. Horrible horrible place! The glue burned my eyes as well. Dont go there!

Angel is amazing. I used to always break an acrylic nail before my two week fill-in and Tracy nails had me good for three weeks or more! I let her decide on nail color and design and I'm always getting compliments. She's very talented and works quickly too

I waited over a hour to get a gel manicure. I signed my name in and they kept taking customers that walked in after me. I said something and they never apologized. I also paid full price and they char...
I waited over a hour to get a gel manicure. I signed my name in and they kept taking customers that walked in after me. I said something and they never apologized. I also paid full price and they charged me $10 extra just for a small flower on my ring finger. Never going back again.

Charged me $25 for a fill and I asked for acrylic on my feet in which he decided NOT TO DO then charged me $25 for that too. Never again.

Cranky and rude nail stylists. Went in with a whole bridal party and they were rude and not even pleasant. I accidentally smudge a nail and it was like I ruined her nicest thing she owned. They were rude to their ladies in my group, being pushy that they wanted the expensive acrylic or gel nail not just a Shelac manicure. That "it will chip, it will chip." We were all well aware that they wouldn't last forever, but it would do our purpose for the weekend. Also, there are better prices in town for nail care.

When you call and make and appointment they do their best to keep it. Very nice pedicures. Billy is very creative and a great nail artist.

Cranky and rude nail stylists. Went in with a whole bridal party and they were rude and not even pleasant. I accidentally smudge a nail and it was like I ruined her nicest thing she owned. They were rude to their ladies in my group, being pushy that they wanted the expensive acrylic or gel nail not just a Shelac manicure. That "it will chip, it will chip."
