I came there for a pedicure and full set of acrylic nails. The pedicure was weak. Didn't get a chance to soak my feet. Color choices were minimal. Color didn't cover. Fake nails were crooked with parts that didn't blend at all. French manicure was uneven and you could see where she put both coats. I didn't have time to go back and get it done again right. I went there with my friend after she had a baby. We both got pedicures and I got my cuticles done after. My lady called my friend fat when she was doing my nails while my friend was finishing up her pedicure.... my friend weighs maybe 140 after having a baby a month priorI told her that she goes oh .... then it gets worse this lady gives me very explicit details about her cheating ex boyfriend who lives in California who gave her Herpes or something disgusting like that... while she was filing my nails like it was not that big of a deal....I do not need to hear about any of your personal anything as a paying customer. it was absolutely disgusting. First time getting my nails done and they made super enjoyable! The workers were super inviting, friendly, and funny and gave us treatment beyond what we paid for. I'm sad to say I was being an idiot and I broke my nail, but I went back and they fixed it and touched up my polish for free, all the while giving the best customer service. Thanks guys! The crew here is amazing and very efficient. I walked in with my mother and four sisters (as walk-ins) and we were all very pleased with the outcome. I got a perfect french-tip pedicure from them and had wonderful conversation the entire time. They are very accommodating and very helpful.Read Less

I have been getting my nails done for years and this was my first and last time at sassys. They did not take their time, the nail artist cut my cuticles so short she made me bleed and then argued with me that it was my fault. Also I had grown my nails out specifically for the wedding I am standing up in and she completely cut them down. I would have rather gotten acrylic tips if I knew she was just going to take my length off. They also made fun of the bridesmaids and myself for getting the same color. Awesome, awesome, awesome! Just moved home from Florida, plenty of good nail salons down there with good prices and customer service. This is my first stop for a pedicure and I'm good to go; My new salon for nails. Very patient (post-winter feet), gentle, friendly, and talented professionals there! Happy! Good prices too! Yeah! Just a note; not sure why folks call this place 'no frills', all the chairs are massage chairs, Lee even gave us soda's or waters. It's a plain salon but what it lacks in ambiance the staff makes up for in personality and skill.  I was visiting from out of town and had a "nail emergency" and decided to give them a try after reading other reviews.
