Nini Nails is by far one of the best salons I have been to in the Madison area. I have only had one small issue during my time going there and the lady who checks you in (I can't remember her name) was quick to get it fixed. I admit - I can be a pain and always try to match my SNS to regular polish for my pedicure which can be difficult since they are different brands but she is always friendly, patient and helpful. She always makes sure clients leave happy!!!

I had gone here to get a acrylic full set and a couple days later one of my nails completely popped off on its own. A couple days after that another nail popped off and then today another nail came off on its own. I have been working every day and by the time I get off work they're closed so today I finally had time to call them and was told I would have to pay for them to fix my nails that they messed up. When I called to set up an appointment I was told it would be $35 to get my nails done but after they did them I was charged $45 plus I tipped $5 which brought the total to $50 because I thought they did a good job but it turns out they didn't! I've never had any nails pop off on their own until I got my nails done here. The place I usually go to only charges $30 and they do a better job on my nails than this place did! I feel like I was completely ripped off and I'm super upset about it! I will never go back to this place and from now on I will stick to the normal place I go to that is cheaper and does a way better job.

I was here a couple years ago and my experience was terrible. They made me pay and tip before I had my manicure so I felt pressured and unsure of how well to tip. If I didn't give what they deemed a good enough tip I was afraid they'd do a bad job and if I gave too good of a tip I wasn't sure if the manicure would be good enough to warrant what I gave. When they did the hot lotion hand and arm massage, the woman who did mine burned me with the hot oil that sits on top of the lotion. The entire time my friend and I were there the staff was speaking in another language and laughing at us. Although I don't speak the language to know what exactly they were saying, it was obvious they were judging and mocking us. And if they weren't, it wasn't a nice experience for us because that's how we were left feeling. My manicure didn't look that great and it was ruined before I even got to my car afterwards. As I said, it's been a few years since I was here, so hopefully the service is better, but I won't be stopping back to see if it has improved.

I was told that they weren't accepting appointments because of the holiday weekend and when I arrived i was told a hour wait. As i waited i was told to come back hours later because there was too many appointments booked (huh?). Was given a 5:30pm appointment time, that i never cancelled, but when i called before coming in I was then told that my appointment was given to someone else. ALL I WANTED WAS A POLISH CHANGE ON MY FRESH ACRYLIC NAILS!!! The phone was hung up on me multiple times. One time I brought in my foster daughter, who is only 12 but big for her age, and ask the woman how much it would be to paint her nails. The woman kept constantly stating that my 12 year old foster daughter, who is already self-conscious, had very large nails & hands so she would be charged as an adult. The women at this shop are the most unprofessional and rude women I know.

I was in a huge rush to find a place to get my nails done last minute for an interview. My nails look legit on point! Best French tips I have ever had! Acrylic isn't thick and lumpy, side of nails are covered and filled in. Very relatable and easy to talk with and actually has conversations, unlike some places I have been to. I am so going back when I need a fill or new set! She made my nails rounded and not pointy, like how many nail techs leave them after getting desired length. 100% love them! And I got the job.

I have Natural nails. She was filing away with a buffer block like crazy, broke my natural nail. Then just started cutting my nails with out asking me. She wouldn't listen to anything I said I just had to get-up-and-get away from her. I realized she didn't understand me. Went to management to complain someone else finished my nails but damage was done. I have really poorly shaped, uneven nails and poor gel application. Very uneven.

We both got I with just a half hour wait. I was pretty happy with my nails but I don't think the woman who did my friend's nails did that great of a job. So, I guess it depends who you get! Be careful. lol

Never going back! Rarely get my nails done professionally, but decided to treat myself for our trip. Pedi was fine, looked like what I would do at home. The mani was horrible! 2 coats done, but needed a third, leaving open nail spots. Paint was on my skin and over my cuticles. Showed my husband and he literally laughed out loud and said he could do a better job. Very disappointing.

Never had shellac done so sloppy. The nail polish was chunky when it was being applied and it covered my cuticles on some nails.
It was cheap, you get what you pay for.

I do not recommend this place! The girl I had would NOT speak! It was fine however I had some requests. Â she only did 2 coats, it was Christmas red so I wanted 3. It was sloppily done so I had to ask for her to go back and fix the edges. The place is so outdated it promotes very long Mortisha type nails. And not soothing or spa like at all, just NBC on the tv and otherwise silence. No massage, nothing. Won't return.

Went in because I was on that side of town, being back in the area I haven't found my spot yet, other than they don't do Umbres, i was happy with the nail tech, she didn't talk much to me, but I'm ok with that, my story is complicated so I don't like to talk much. But she did a really good job on my nails, I asked for the coffin shape, but because my nails need to be shorter for work, she made them look close enough! And since I work on the west side I may make this my spot.

Stay away from this nail salon. Instruments are NOT properly sanitized. I am dealing with fungal infections and it is DISGUSTING. They will tell you it is not the result of nail care, but watch as client after client is served, using the same instruments. No excuse for this laziness. Interesting how my manicurist wore plastic gloves herself, but did nothing to protect me or others from infections or worse. NOT deserving of your business!

I have been visiting Nini's for over two years now, and they never disappoint. They provide awesome, friendly service in a clean, relaxing atmosphere despite an unfortunate location. They always make time for me and are great with my daughter - who they've pretty much known since before she was born! Their prices are very reasonable - and you get alot for your money.The few times I've ventured to try another nail salon in Madison, I've been universally disappointed. Nini's is really top-notch!

Nini Nails is by far one of the best salons I have been to in the Madison area. I have only had one small issue during my time going there and the lady who checks you in (I can't remember her name) was quick to get it fixed. Worst manicure ever my nails look like crap!!!! Very rushed and there was no one there. Handled my nails very roughly and yelled to another nail artist in a different room in their language non stop. Felt very uncomfortable and definitely not a pleasant experience. Very unsatisfied.

Love it always relaxing and they do a great job. I always have a wonderful experience! I have been a client since they opened and very happy at Nini's Nails.

Stay away from this nail salon. Instruments are NOT properly sanitized. I am dealing with fungal infections and it is DISGUSTING. They will tell you it is not the result of nail care, but watch as client after client is served, using the same instruments. No excuse for this laziness. Interesting how my manicurist wore plastic gloves herself, but did nothing to protect me or others from infections or worse. NOT deserving of your business!

I have been visiting Nini's for over two years now, and they never disappoint. They provide awesome, friendly service in a clean, relaxing atmosphere despite an unfortunate location. They always make time for me and are great with my daughter - who they've pretty much known since before she was born! Their prices are very reasonable - and you get alot for your money.The few times I've ventured to try another nail salon in Madison, I've been universally disappointed. Nini's is really top-notch!

Have been getting pedicures at this salon for the last 4 years and have never had a problem. Nini is a wonderful person and her staff has always been kind and gracious.

i'm spent so much money in this salon but my nails come of in 5 day,would not recommend
