I went in for a haircut. My hair was washed, cut, dried and styled by Noah who was awesome! He made sure I was satisfied with everything each step of the way, made sure that my voice was heard in how I wanted my hair to look. He was patient, caring, and best of all, my hair looks great! I haven't liked a haircut in at least 5 years, and I love this!

Great customer service! They offered me coffee, from Collectivo, very good stuff, helped me get sat by a stylist immediately, and were very friendly the entire time. Ellie gave me a great cut, and the shampoo with hot face towel, scalp massage, and rinse was refreshing.

Went for a haircut a few weeks ago and LOVED my experience. First off- Kaitie was amazing! You could tell she was very knowledgeable and let me know what she was doing through the whole process. Second, the salon itself had a great atmosphere to it- very clean and smells amazing from the Aveda products. I have FINALLY found my go-to salon :)

Awesome! I was able to be seen almost right away as a walk-in client and Kaitie did a brow wax and bang trim for me. Although it was just a brow wax and bang trim, Kaitie was very intentional and took her time with amazing attention to detail! The vibe is super chill and the staff are very friendly. I'll definitely be coming back!

Gel manicure was uneven, faded, and chipped after 2 days. I called to get a free soak off, was put on hold and transferred to an answering machine. No one called back. I called again and no one answer...
Gel manicure was uneven, faded, and chipped after 2 days. I called to get a free soak off, was put on hold and transferred to an answering machine. No one called back. I called again and no one answered during open hours.I've been here twice and while everyone is very nice, the experience is uncomfortable. Nobody talks to you, and it is strangely quiet and empty. While the haircut I received during my first appointment was adequate, and I appreciate that they use cruelty free products, the experience and lack of customer service at every level will deter me from revisiting.

The atmosphere at Neroli Salon and Brow Bar was super relaxing! Service cot that i was lying on was like being supported on a cloud. Scent and music was zen. The service on my eyebrows by Alix had a perfect outcome. They looked GREAT! I also had EYELASH EXTENTIONS!! Did not know what to expect but received natural dark lashes and don't need to worry about mascara or bother with it. I thought the service was great. See you in 4 weeks Alix! Thanks for an AWESOME service!!

He made sure I was satisfied with everything each step of the way, made sure that my voice was heard in how I wanted my hair to look. He was patient, caring, and best of all, my hair looks great! I haven't liked a haircut in at least 5 years, and I love this!

Great customer service! They offered me coffee, from Collectivo, very good stuff, helped me get sat by a stylist immediately, and were very friendly the entire time. Ellie gave me a great cut, and the shampoo with hot face towel, scalp massage, and rinse was refreshing.

Went for a haircut a few weeks ago and LOVED my experience. First off- Kaitie was amazing! You could tell she was very knowledgeable and let me know what she was doing through the whole process. Second, the salon itself had a great atmosphere to it- very clean and smells amazing from the Aveda products. I have FINALLY found my go-to salon :)

Although it was just a brow wax and bang trim, Kaitie was very intentional and took her time with amazing attention to detail! The vibe is super chill and the staff are very friendly. I called again and no one answered during open hours.I've been here twice and while everyone is very nice, the experience is uncomfortable. Nobody talks to you, and it is strangely quiet and empty. While the haircut I received during my first appointment was adequate, and I appreciate that they use cruelty free products, the experience and lack of customer service at every level will deter me from revisiting.

The atmosphere at Neroli Salon and Brow Bar was super relaxing! Service cot that i was lying on was like being supported on a cloud. Scent and music was zen. The service on my eyebrows by Alix had a perfect outcome. They looked GREAT! I also had EYELASH EXTENTIONS!!
