Just had a great pedicure here today. It lasted longer than I thought and they shaved a lot of dead skin off my feet. The polish looks solid and the service was really good-- the manager lady was so friendly and sweet. I wish there was a bit more of a leg message aspect and that they were able to remove more dry skin, but apparently there isn't much they can do for DRY skin, only removing calluses which they definitely did. I had a nail fill yesterday and a man there began the process. I have never had such a painful nail related experience in my life. He filed my finger tips, ran the drill too fast and burned my nails, put the anti septic on my skin and cut the sides of my fingers with the file. I told him at least 5 times and finally just said very loudly " that is enough, far too rough". Almost immediately another woman came over and took over. There were no further problems and my nails are very pretty but my fingers are incredibly sore today. This place was really nice! Very clean inside. They were very friendly right from the start. A lot of colors to choose from. I got a pedicure and gel polish manicure. Tracy did a great job on my nails- I am highly satisfied with my experience here. They do prefer you use cash- but still take card. Loved how it turned out!! Today is the first time I have been to Kelly Nails. 2 weeks ago I went out of town for a shellac manicure and had a chipped nail, so I came to Kelly Nails to get it fixed based on good ratings, and it's close to home. They fixed up my nail for very cheap and even offered me something to drink! I was pleasantly surprised and felt welcome. I decided to get an eyebrow wax. I'm not sure what they used, but it was close to painless! I was amazed because the other salon I used to go to would have too hot wax and it would hurt when they'd pull off the wax. This was the most comfortable eyebrow waxing I've ever had! I'm giving 4 stars because I want to see how long the shellac lasts first before giving a 5. I'll definitely be coming back for eyebrow waxing though! Read Less

The technicians completely ignored my requests not to cut my nails and leave them long. I told them several times to stop filing, but they sent three separate people to file my nails down to the fingertip when most of them were 3/4 of an inch longer. The one technician who speaks English did not translate or help me. I waited a long time for polish. Don't go here unless you like your nails short and your requests denied.Read Less

Very happy with the pedicure I received. They really spend a lot of time on your feet and I got a great foot massage! Bonus it is very close to my house. Prices are reasonable and the shop is clean. I love the service I get here and the nail work. I've gotten many regular polish pedicures and manicures here and the nail techs are all so kind. I give it four stars because of the cleanliness that I question. I've noticed that when they clean their tools, they wash it in your pedicure water bowl and set them away. I hope they take an additional second step afterwards to clean it. Read Less

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Kelly Nails. The woman who greeted me was friendly and they were able to get me in right away. Anthony did my nails and he did a fantastic job! Kelly Nails did an amazing job on my nails. I got a pedicure from there a few days ago and they couldn't be nicer. They took their time but didn't take too long. The paint job is perfect and they even offered me a soda or water. I paid and left and when I got to my friend's apartment I smudged my toe on my flip flop. I went back for them to fix it; they did and the guy refused to take my money! I asked twice and he insisted that I not worry about it but not to do any more "ninja kicks." Worst. Manicure. Experience. Ever. I went here today for a manicure and was at first very pleased, because the price was only $15. However, for what I endured, The owner should've paid me $15! There were only two employees, one woman and the male owner. I had the misfortune of having the owner do my nails. Okay, I admit I have short nails. While this situation is okay with me, it was apparently not okay with the owner. He spent the entire manicure session chastising me for having said short nails. He told me that by having short nails, I was putting myself at risk for "problems with [my] brain and heart." He even went so far as to tell me he was a "nail doctor." Then, he compared my nails to that of the customer next to me, a woman with long nails. He told me that my nails were ugly and hers were beautiful. I told him that this hurt my feelings. He told me, "Well, it's true." I told him, "I never asked for your opinion." I then made it a point to tell him that because the price was so good, I had planned to come here every week now to get my manicures, but because of his rudeness I would never come back again. He just smiled and didn't seem to mind. I found his demeanor appalling. I guess he is so well-off that he can afford to alienate customers. However, I do not believe in supporting businesses with bad customer service. So, I would urge anyone considering a manicure to go somewhere else. This is particularly true if you have short nails and wish to avoid a lecture. Also, I would add that he reused many manicure instruments from previous sessions, including buffing sponges, which by law should not be reused. It was also unclear whether any of the instruments, including the cuticle scissors, had been properly sanitized. In addition, although I had requested clear nail polish when I walked in, he seemed to think that "buffing" the nails would give the same effect. When he was done, I said that I still wanted clear polish. He looked annoyed and applied a pink base coat. I said, "No, I want clear polish."  He tried to tell me it was the same thing and then admitted he was out of clear polish. Uh, he might have just SAID THAT when I walked in! Avoid this place if you value fungus-free nails, a relaxing spa experience and wish to maintain your self-esteem. You have been warned! Read Less

In Madison for homecoming weekend and found this gem. It's just outside the city, so you can actually Park your car. Honey was not only good company, but did an excellent job on my manicure and pedicure. Very relaxing, spacious setting. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in town. Read Less

Large/clean nail salon run by a friendly Vietnamese family.  Love the shape that they file my nails to - not too squared off!  Got my first shellac french manicure there last week and it was flawless, still is.  Will be back! Read Less
