Went in for the 90 minute pregnancy pamper package --- which is advertised to "...reduce back, hip and leg pains, as well as overall fatigue". I specifically talked about needing more work on my lower back but we probably spent less than 15 min total addressing my lower back and hip area. I booked a 60 minute massage for my father and I for his birthday. We just finished our massages and he asked me as soon as it was done if they did my legs or feet. I was totally surprised being as when they helped me pick one out, I chose the one that did hot rocks on the legs and feet. We had the same massage and his legs and feet never even got touched. He was never touched from the waste down. I wasn’t that upset until I talked to the front desk and told them and they sai...d they would change it but then proceeded to say “actually it’s more expensive (referring to the 90 minute one) so I will just keep it how it is.” I then said that was 90 minutes and she just didn’t seem to care. I proceeded to tell them how upset I was that Its his birthday and I felt he got treated worse than me there and asked if they could charge me 82.50 to make it right. She said she couldn’t do that. I said this is very unfortunate and I guess this is one and done and it’s very unfortunate that you could keep a customer for simply a 20$ discount. Very disappointed. My husband and I were able to get appointments for clarity facials at Indulge on incredibly short notice after a disappointing experience at another spa. I believe one of the staff members actually stayed late in order to get us both in at the same time. Everything was wonderful and we left feeling relaxed. For some reason, I had a terrible breakout a few days after my facial. They got me in that day, accommodated my schedule change, made my skin calm down, and gave recommendations on products to help. I had a soothing foot pedicure from Candace. Candace was fantastic and detailed oriented. My feet look fantastic! She really goes far beyond for customer service. Request her you won't be disappointed. I really appreciated the hot tea selection that was offered as a complimentary beverage. Very nice selection. Thank you for the complimentary granola bars as well. I was disappointed in the "massage" chairs. More like badly vibrating chair. I was also disappointed that ...my gift card that was over one year old had been penalized 9 dollars for not using. I can understand cost of services can rise over time but my gift card did not tell me this penalty, there was no expiration date, AND the gift card was less than two years old. I went yesterday to use a GC that i was given and was very happy with my 2 services. The Refresh facial and Sole Soother we both amazing. Everyone was very polite and attentive. I live 45 minutes away and will go back for my future nail appointments. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was a bit more airiness and brightness to the space where the rooms are. . I went in for a facial, never had one before, and it was amazing. Rebecca at the front desk was super friendly and greeted me a smile, which I feel is lacking in many businesses these days.
