Honestly the best nail service I've ever had-I tipped over 20%. Got a mani/pedi. Made an appointment this morning, they were on time and Tracy was very nice, careful and spent over an hour on me. She was extremely detail oriented-going back to fix things I hadn't even noticed and probably wouldn't have, and fixing the things that I did notice, before I could mention them. She even checked the polish on my toes that was surely dry after 30 minutes after she finished my nails and put extra oil on my toes. Love coming in to get my nails done here! They do exactly what I request and the staff does an amazing job! I always request Brandon to do my acrylic nails. He does great work and is very careful. Would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a clean and calming atmosphere. Read Less

Took my mom her for my Mothers Day, and being both our first times visiting this place we were a little nervous but it had good reviews. We both got gel manicures which were done perfectly! We've both gone to many different nail places and this was by far our favorite. The process wasn't rushed, attention to detail was great, and you could tell cleanliness was a priority. Im on day 5 of the manicure and it's holding up great (I work outside and am hard on my nails). I live about an hour away from this place and am considering driving back before my wedding in a couple weeks just to have a pedi and mani done. Would definitely recommend! Read Less

Selected salon based on their online reviews for a girlfriend's wedding mani/pedi. We aren't from the area, so we had to judge the book by its cover. I also looked at Metropolitan Salon and Spa, but their reviews for nail services weren't as strong. We did get our hair and makeup done at Metro and are happy with the services. La Bella was a great choice for nails! They were busy on a Friday morning, but accommodating. Seem to have lots of long-time clients, which is always a good sign. They also take sanitation seriously because we watched them scrub the pedicure basins between clients rigorously. They work efficiently, but pay attention to detail. Took off one star for the language barrier the bride had with her technician, which resulted in her getting two nails painted an accent color instead of one. However, this isn't a deal breaker and we are both happy with our shellac manicures and pedicures. Would recommend the salon and would return. Read Less

My mom, sister, and I came in the night before thanksgiving around 6pm. An hour before they closed. Everyone we worked with was fantastic! They were kind, attentive, friendly, and most of all talented. It was the best pedicure I've ever had. The leg massage was excellent! Even though we came at the end of the night, we did not feel rushed at all. The overall atmosphere was really relaxing. The pedicure massage chairs were so comfortable and the music was lovely. Best Pedi ever!! So glad I came here today and I'm never going anywhere else again!  This is the first time I have had a pedicure without pain.  Usually wherever I go they are too rough on my cuticles.  They actually do a full massage on your calves and feet.  Recommended coming here. Read Less

Everyone was very nice, professional and sanitary. My pedicure was mediocre. My manicure is messy (air holes in the polish and cuticles not manicured so there is unpolished space that is very noticeable). I'm here in town for work and staying at the hotel right next door. Maybe if I were a local, regular client, my services would have been better. I will probably try this salon again, just based on proximity. Read Less

I've gone to many other spas in the LaCrosse area, and have been the happiest with Suzy's. The staff is very kind and generous, and is always very accomidating. Not only is the servicing superb, but they have the most unique and fun services in the area. The salon is always extremely clean, and every customer has there own box at the salon containing there own nail file, buffer, etc. for cleanliness purposes. Also, the staff is always willing to help fix or repair any nails that have had issues, whether the person bumped their wet nails under the dryer, or if the polish didn't hold up after a day or so, at no charge. Also, based on the huge numbers of people I have seen at Suzy Le's, it is very clear that they may have the largest clientel base in the LaCrosse area. I highly recomend this Salon! Read Less

They do an excellent job at Suzy Le's. I went there for prom and had a manicure and pedicure done. Even with so many people getting stuff done, they still found time to get me in. Also, after the manicurist painted my nails, she said that i could come back tomorrow if it started chipping at all, because she wanted my prom to be perfect. My first visit at Suzy le was wonderful...the staff was wonderful and my manicure, pedicure and wax was pracitically perfect. My mani and pedi were the best I'd ever gotten in LaCrosse, I was extremely pleased. :) My second visit was terrible and I will never go back!!! :( My french manicure was awful!! Lines were not straight or even...I asked her kindly to make several corrections. Every time I asked for something to be corrected the manicurist huffed and puffed, like I was really putting her out. AND by the time I got home there were little bubbles and cracks in my nails ALREADY!!! I went back the next morning to see if they could fix and they told me "they didn't have time!" I asked for a refund and they refused...I asked for a free manicure the next time I came in and they refused...all they gave me was a gift card for $5.00 off my next visit. My french manicure cost me $37.00 not including the tip...$5.00 off is insulting! My manicure lasted me less then 24 hours...at least half the nails had completely chipped off or were cracked, I am very disappointed, because I was really hopeful that I had found a wonderful nail spa but unfortunately I was wrong! I would not recommend Suzy le Nail Spa to anyone...DO NOT GO THERE!!! My search for a fabulous nail spa in LaCrosse continues... Read Less
