First, let me say my nails look great, but my tech CK was not very friendly. I tried to make conversation. ( again awkward)... i was very uncomfortable the whole time. I walked in .. in my scrubs from work guess they didnt like that. He kept pushing me to cut my natural nails ( i said no 2 times) he then try to sell me some fancy gel that was 10$ more. I wont be back to this "SPA".. this salon did not make you feel welcomed and not friendly. #iworkhardformymoney. #recognizegoodcustomers.

I swear in the I don’t even know how many years I’ve been getting my nails done I’ve never had a nail tech continuously complain on how long it takes to do a fill and back fill on a pink&white set, and blame their mistakes and the time it takes on the customer. Moving to Sarasota I’ve tried to find something closer to me and I’ve been here a few times but never have had such poor customer service and make me feel bad for getting a service the business provides.

I am from Michigan, and I needed to find a place down here to go get my nails done, and this place was awesome! My gel nail polish looks great. The workers were very nice, efficient, and did a wonderful job. I got a gel manicure for only $25! Definitely recommend!!

I was there right before Christmas and the guy was rushing me and I could tell he was aggravated with me which made me feel uncomfortable as he was being rude. And it showed in his work a week later I lost a nail and of course they were closed so I had to pay another place to fix it and again today I lost yet another nail. I will never go back!!!!!!

I love this place! I see Jenny and she does my eyelashes and my nails! She takes her time and makes sure I am pleased! And the prices are great! If my nail breaks I go back and they happily repair it ...

Best nail salon I've been to! Super friendly staff, very clean, nicely and neatly decorated with MANY MANY colors to choose from I had a full set done by Jenny and she took her time, did not rush my service, asked various time to confirm If i liked my nail shape and color and said she would correct if I had any issues. Definitely will be returning here from now on. Very pleased with the staff, service and location.

First, let me say my nails look great, but my tech CK was not very friendly. I tried to make conversation. ( again awkward)... i was very uncomfortable the whole time. I walked in .. in my scrubs from work guess they didnt like that. He kept pushing me to cut my natural nails ( i said no 2 times) he then try to sell me some fancy gel that was 10$ more. I swear in the I don’t even know how many years I’ve been getting my nails done I’ve never had a nail tech continuously complain on how long it takes to do a fill and back fill on a pink&white set, and blame their mistakes and the time it takes on the customer.
