Decent pedicure, both nail technicians my mom and I had were incredible and friendly. The space is beautiful as well and the atomosphere is very calming. However, both receptionists were not friendly and rather rude. We spoke to the woman on the phone where she was unenthusiastic and her main response was an underwhelming "yeah". While we were paying we spoke to her again and she didn't even look up from her computer to say have a nice day. Would have been a much better experience if the welcoming was a little more warm. While nobody was rude or unprofessional in our visit, my mother, Tanya Patterson, and I had terrible nails. She had a full set of gel and I had acrylics, and the nail polish on them was so thick it looked like we had seven layers of it on. The polish looked dirty due to dust residue of the nails filing, and it bubbled and ribboned horribly. They had given us the last appointments of the day and all I could think was that they rushed a nail job to under 15 minutes, because they only wanted to leave faster. I would NOT recommend going here, nicer looking does not mean better service. We ended up going to our usual place "J-Nails" right after for pedicures and they popped our awful nails off like nothing and replaced them for us. The manager told us he'd never seen such awful sets done before, so he replaced them for free. J-Nails is now the only place we go, they are quality and take their time, unlike Utopia. Read Less

Rushed my fill. All of my nails are slanted because he only filed the one side. They didn't paint them the way I asked. I just wanted a matte coat not a regular top coat. The colors I originally picked out he told me no bc he "doesn't like using that brand" so I had to pick out other colors . The original colors were from the shop so it didn't make much sense. This is usually a very pleasant experience there's plenty of colleges to choose from, the massage chairs always work , and the atmosphere is very relaxing. My first experience here was about three to four years ago. The experience I had wasn't so great. My nails were badly painted. However, today was a completely different story. I got a pedicure and it was phenomenal. The environment was amazing and very relaxing. I felt well taken care of and the person who attended me was beyond nice. I also got a full gel set. He did a great job and my nails look beautiful. The only downfall is having to pay five extra dollars for the coffin shape which I didn't understand why, but definitely worth it.
