Had my nails done there, I pointed to a picture on the wall and said that was what I wanted. They were rounded, very natural looking nails. That is not at all what I got. I got very squared nails that are way wider on the bottom then the top. They were not pretty. But the girl was super nice, and I think she was new. Plus I got to spend some time with my teenager which doesn't happen often. So I didn't say anything. But then when i got home later and took a shower my hair got stuck in the nails, kinda like when it is time for a full in. So I called and explained, they told me to come in and some one would fix it. So I did. I assume the girl who "fixed" them was a manager or owner. She was asking questions that hinted so. So first she is snippy because she doesn't see any separation or any reason why my hair was stuck. So I nicely said "I don't know why, all I know is it pulled me hair". I also explained the shape was not what I asked for and showed her the same picture of the ROUNDED nails. So she says that she is going to smooth out the nails to make sure. Ok, fine. So she files them, I'm watching her file the sides and I'm thinking to myself "that's not round". But I don't say anything. She sends me to wash my hands and I literally stab myself with these freaking nails. So I tell her this and ask her to round them (again pointed at the picture) she does my pinky nail and snaps "like that? ". BINGO, it's perfect! I said "yes please, that's exactly what I wanted". So she moves on to the rest, I stopped watching thinking we were on the same page, we weren't even in the same book. The rest are still squared, still pointed and still more narrow on the top. And don't even ask about the completely terrible polish jobs....BOTH TIMES. I cant even go some where else to have them fixed, I will have to have them completely redone. And my daughter's weren't what she asked for either, hers were not as bad, bit they weren't very good either. $65 dollars, 3 hours and two trips to them....lesson learned! Bad customer service. Got there was greeted. Got told to pick out my color and sit in the chair. Took someone fifteen minutes to go to my mom and I. I understand one girl was working on feet but the other person wasn't. Was just moving around really slowly. When she finally sat down and began to work on my mom's foot, she got up and without saying a word. She was gone ten minutes. I can understand Pedicures taking 45 mins but an hour and thirty minutes. Tell your employees to do better and have some better manners. Read Less

The man that did my nails was rude and very unprofessional. I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years and never left a salon to only go home and take off the polish put on. Before he even got 2 nails painted I told him I didn't like the color and ask to change it, i was told it would be 10 dollars to change the color. I then said that i would just like to have a gel clear coat put on. He told me that would be anotber 10 dollars on top of the color change charge. I said whatever and let him finish the color he was doing, the paint job was very poor looking. You could tell the polish was old amd needed to be thrown out.  After he put me at the drying table and he dropped my purse and keys on the table top. I had to pull out my chair in the small area and hit 3 nails on the wall. When I told him, he got angry and was very rough taking off rhe polish to repaint them as if it was a burden for him to repaint them, more less as if I had done it on purpose. I know many that go there to get thier nails done. I myself have gone there before and had a nice experiance, not this time. After the way I was treated today I will never go back there not even in a hurry. I'll drive from Kenosha to Racine to get them done. I pay more but the experiance is so much nicer. Read Less

I went to Regal Nails in the Kenosha Walmart and the guy that did my nails did a real nice job that lasted more than 2 weeks , I was VERY pleased with it , but he didn't want to chat , just sit there quietly doing my nails but I didn't mind that . I will definitely go back there . I have a neighbor that goes to the same guy and she likes him too. I say , " Go ahead and go there ." Read Less

Lady was on the phone the entire time she did my nails. She failed to clean the polish off the tips/underneath my nails so a bunch nail polish is all dried and gunked up at the tips. Looks crappy. Maybe if she wasn't on the phone, she would have noticed. Only gave 2 stars because this was my first time coming here and the other employees might do a better job. Won't be back though. Read Less

When you do acrylic nails, the acrylic mix should never touch the cuticle or the nail will lift, on my nails it was all over the cuticle on same fingers. When I got home I had to go trough all my nails to fix the problem. They should be more careful about that , I thought that goes without saying. Also the tip should fit the natural nail, not be too narrow. Read Less

I took my 7 year old daughter here tonight and I couldn't be happier with our experience. We were able to walk right in and choose a color (was about 6:45pm), and my daughter started to get her nails painted immediately. She had chose a red polish, and after it was applied, they painted little white flowers on her nails, glitter drops on the flowers, and a layer of clear coat. The biggest surprise came when we went to pay: they only charged $5.00! Great experience, and I will be taking my daughter there from now on. Read Less
