I came here a year ago and got a wonderful gel manicure that lasted a few weeks and for a reasonable price. I came back again this year and the lady who did my nails was nice but the quality of my gel manicure is horrible. I asked to keep the nails on one of my hands long but they still ended up to short and on top of that INCREDIBLY weak. I get gel manicures to have stronger nails not to have them bend like they did immediately as I walked out of the salon. Really unsatisfied with my manicure especially considering it was $40 when the website says it's $15. I am willing to pay more money for a quality manicure, this was literally the opposite. I have never had less time or care taken on a pedicure, ever. I asked for clear polish, it was peeling off by the time i got home. Upon closer inspection, my nails weren't filed, calluses weren't removed.. entirely disappointing. Why did i pay money for this?! Read Less

This nail salon is awesome, it's tucked away but I left there with my nails flawless. I'm from Kenosha and I can tell you this was by far the best set of nails I've had since living here. This place is AMAZING. I have been going to them for 14 years now! First nail place I started with at age 14. They have been around that long and it shows! I've done the mistake of going to other salons and every single time (total of 3 times) regretted it right away because no one EVER does my nails right!!! I never have to tell them how they should be doing my nails, I never have to come back for fixes they do them right the first time!!!! I have also brought in so many different designs that I wanted done and every single time they have did a beautiful job. They truly take getting your nails done to a other level! I frequented this business a few years ago, and have found myself back in the area and needing my nails done. Upon searching this business, I saw that it was not really reviewed. So, I would like to review my experience. My girlfriend and I decided just to get our nails and toes painted. Natural Nails did such a great job that years later, I am looking them up to visit them again. Classy, clean, and more of an upscale experience. I usually do not take time to write reviews but felt this salon deserved my time. This is not your stereotypical nail salon where it's non English speaking people doing your nails. This is a very clean, professional establishment tailored to meet your needs. They go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome of your nails etc. Their designs are exceptional and they take time with the work they do. I've been to handful of salons and I prefer the non drill nails but I can't afford nor have the time. Natural Nails does the best quality nails with drills compared to all the places I have tried out. Absolutely floored at the poor quality of service provided. I payed $33 for a acrylic overlay that my 10yr son could've done. Very disappointed with the male doing my nails. He continuously huffed and puffed as though I was bothering him. He started waiting solutions all over the place while doing my nails as though he was tired. This nail salon deserves more credit than what's been said so far. I've been coming to Natural Nails for a couple of years now and I have to say they are one of the best salons I've ever been too. They are professional, friendly, and get the job done well. Everyone there does a great job without a doubt. Acrylics are beautiful, manis/pedis are great and I love love love that they are so clean. They are always pretty busy which means they are very popular and so appointments may not be a bad idea. Chreesha (the owner) also does the best eyebrow waxing. I will never go anywhere else! I would NEVER reccomend going to this place! Well I was in town visiting my cousin, I live in Chicago, and we went to "Natural Nails" to get manicures. I got a no chip which is a little more expensive but well worth it bc it usually lasts about 3- 4 weeks. NOT IF YOU GET IT DONE HERE. Within two days of getting the manicure my polic was splintering and bubbling in places. I called the salon and explained the situation, all I wanted was for them to fix it or refund my money. They said they would fix it if i could make it in there the next day. I explained I live in chicago and I had to work late on that perticular day but could make it in ASAP. The woman rudely told me that I should have gone somewhere in CHICAGO! Andthat after the date she stated it was not her "responsibility". GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went to Natural Nails twice and each time was charged something different than what was posted for the service. Letting it slide the first time, I thought maybe I had added something extra on and hadn't realized that there was a charge. The upcharge was $3.00 so I let it be. I returned a short 1.5 weeks later (because my pink & white nails lasted horribly) to get a fill and also wanted to add a pedicure. I brought someone with me this time, who also got 2 services, a manicure and a pedicure. I paid for the services all together only to find out the total was at least $20 more than expected. We asked twice for the breakdown of the charges, but neither attempt made any sense. If you want to run a successful business, be honest with your customers. In the long run, you will lose customers by this "bait and switch" technique. I know I am not the only one who this has happened to!!! Their service wasn't worth even the charge I should have paid!
