Before the male tec did my nails i showed him a pic of how i wanted my nails done and i asked him if he had those pacific nail art designs available and if he knew exactly how to give me the same look as the picture I showed him, his response was yes. He put the nails on wrong i had to tell him that the acrylic was uneven and he lied to me about having the nail design i showed him from off my phone plus he threw on these cheap tiny diamond stone and it made my nail polish look weeks old plus the stones kelp falling off one by one and i noticed he filed the inside of my nails and cracked two of tjem then tried to cover it with nail polish. Soon as i stepped outside the nail salon one of my nails came off right after that others start falling off as well. He redid the broken nails but the very next day four of my nails had chipped and my nails look as if i had them on for a month. I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone. I give this nail salon a half star.

I had a very bad experience at a different nail shop, but I thought I would give it another try and go to Fancy Nails and I am extremely thankful that I did, Jim didn't hurt me and completely understand why I was alttle afraid and he did a wonderful job and I will definitely go back and I will take my daughter there as well. I found my Nail Salon.

Painful as ever ......that was after two days they looked great but I couldn't stand the pain took them off...my nails underneath were so damaged you could move them a little and see my skin under the cuts!!!! My toes chipped the next day...and don't get me started on my friends nails hers looked like blocks smh

I've been going here for years, for pedicures. Excellent service everytime. The prices are great so I think its important to tip well. (The one post that stated they waited for over an "hour" doe's not seem right. Unless it was Prom season, then everything is booked, we all know that! I have NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes. And that was because I requested a particular stylist.)
*I felt I needed to counter that poor review because in over 15 years not once (!) did I ever get less than "exceptional service."

Hands down the worst manicure I've gotten. In the past I've never had air bubbles in my acrylic nails but this time there were a good deal of them on every nail. I went in a few days later because it really started to bug me. They fixed it--no charge. But now, one day later, there are even more noticeable air bubbles and a bunch of cracks.

They have become a very busy shop, so it's always a good idea to call and make an appointment so you don't have to wait.

I had a manicure today which was good. But my eyebrow wax I had many issues with.. First off when u wax you don't just rip one big strip off the top and bottom of the eyebrow. That is what can cause ripping the skin. Two she missed hairs and was mad at me when I pointed it out and she still was ever able to get them. I had to go home and finish the job. Either she needs new glasses of they need to hire someone younger or new.

I watched one tech in the middle of a pedicure slide over to the next pedicure station, file that woman's toe nails and then went back to the original pedicure -without changing or cleaning the tools! It was astounding.

BEWARE: This business should not even get a rating and should be out of business!!!!! Took my daughter to get a full set and pedicure for home coming on 10/10/13. They cut her toe nail way to short and it is causing her pain and two days later her nails started to lift>>>>> called to complain twice and no one will return my call. Now I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. WFT!!! As of 10/16/13 she has had three nails fully come off. Now I do nails for a living and have never seen this happen before in my entire 8 years of doing them. I also have my nails done and have never experienced this in my 15+ years of getting mine done. I WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR WILL I TELL ANYONE TO GOT THERE!!!!!!!! VERY UNHAPPY AND UNSATIFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only reason there's even one star is so that I could submit this review. This was the most horrible experience I've ever had. I got a full set of acylics for vacation (never had them before). The guy got it all over my cuticles so he shoved the nail file between my skin & nail to separate it. Then he runs the drill thing over my cuticles and left raw spots on some of my fingers. After all this, my nails were uneven, way too narrow, and there were bubbles in a couple. I asked for them to fix it, they sent me back to the same guy, who then tells me they're uneven because of the way my fingers curve (?). He sawed away at them for a while in a feeble attempt to pacify me but I just told them I'd fix it myself at home. I just didn't want him touching my hands anymore. Never ever again.

Before the male tec did my nails i showed him a pic of how i wanted my nails done and i asked him if he had those pacific nail art designs available and if he knew exactly how to give me the same look as the picture I showed him, his response was yes. He put the nails on wrong i had to tell him that the acrylic was uneven and he lied to me about having the nail design i showed him from off my phone plus he threw on these cheap tiny diamond stone and it made my nail polish look weeks old plus the stones kelp falling off one by one and i noticed he filed the inside of my nails and cracked two of tjem then tried to cover it with nail polish. Soon as i stepped outside the nail salon one of my nails came off right after that others start falling off as well. He redid the broken nails but the very next day four of my nails had chipped and my nails look as if i had them on for a month. I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone. I give this nail salon a half star.

Painful as ever ......that was after two days they looked great but I couldn't stand the pain took them off...my nails underneath were so damaged you could move them a little and see my skin under the cuts!!!! My toes chipped the next day...and don't get me started on my friends nails hers looked like blocks smh

(The one post that stated they waited for over an "hour" doe's not seem right. Unless it was Prom season, then everything is booked, we all know that! I have NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes. He sawed away at them for a while in a feeble attempt to pacify me but I just told them I'd fix it myself at home. I just didn't want him touching my hands anymore. Never ever again.
