Great job on mani/pedi.... But wasnt able to just relax like i wanted... Felt very rushed as they were doing hands and feet at the same time. They also were pushy with upgrading me to a gel manicure for $15 extra. An inquiring customer walked out because they were over priced and pushy to her as well.... Worst shellac fill I've ever had. The man was very nice who prepared my nails, but then his wife painted them and she was extremely rude. The color I picked out was nothing like the color that she put on my nails. She said as the samples get old they look different! Seriously! I'm paying $35 and you can't update your sample? I then changed it because she said pick something out different then. She was rushing me so I picked out something that looked similar but instead of a nice fall color, I ended up with dirty drinking water. She asked if I liked it, I said no, she laughed. Never again. Very rude, they rush through mani/pedis. I wanted a third coat of polish because she was only going to put one coat on, she says "why you want do that, doesn't last any longer" ummm probably because i asked you to & im paying for it. I made an appointment for 10:45. I sat in the pedi chair with room temp water until 11:15. I let them know my water was cold and they said that "we were almost done soaking so it was okay". Started on my feet at 11:15 and I was paying at 11:28. I have never felt like such an inconvenience. Wasn't busy. Owner was working between two people at the same time. Sanitary? While another employee stood around. He took breaks for phone calls. Upset that I used a credit card instead of cash too. Read Less

I went with a friend for a spa day and it was very rushed alot of talking in a language we didn't understand loudly, very disruptive. Smelt horrible and gave me a headache. Not the best place you could go expecially for the cost even tho my hands turned out alright they used dirty products. Read Less

My experience was rushed through. The Pedicure soak was not warm water at all. The couple was talking with another customer they knew most of the time, then got a phone call they both switched off talking on speakerphone while doing my Pedi/Mani. I didn't realize until I was getting the Mani that he didn't use the color I picked for my toes. I would never go back. $60 for a rushed, less than enjoyable experience. He rushed through entire Pedicure, water was not warm at all, talked to a customer they knew the entire time then took a phone call on speaker phone the entire time going from my Pedi to Mani. I realized while getting Mani by Angel he didn't use the color I picked out. I didn't seen any hygiene procedures done with tools before or after the experience. I don't recommend going here. The guy is nice, the woman was really rude.  She was ordering my 19 year old stepdaughter around. She also missed painting part of her toe nail. She was either unwilling or unable to do simple designs like a feather without have an attitude about it. My other stepdaughter asked fro a black and whit striped nail on each finger and the lines are all messed up. I needed a fill and she ended up cutting my nails all different lengths. She charged me an additional charge for a design when it was just a little bit of glitter polish (not to mention it wasn't even close to the picture I showed her. I made our appointments for 5:15, their hours stated that they closed at 7. She couldn't wait to get us out of there. All in all bad service and bad quality. They were very friendly and pleasant but I was not happy with the job they did.  I had a set of nails put on and they didn't last.  Three nails fell off in within two weeks and they should last closer to a month.They didn't put the finish down to the cuticle and they didn't give me a manicure like other places that do this.Two of the nails split underneath because they roughed them up too much.-Tim's girlfriend Read Less
