The lady at the front desk was not nice at all she was ridiculously rude and with such a ugly attitude and not only that but also when I called they told me one price and when I go to go pay it’s a whole different price. I told the lady at the front desk they had told me $95 on the phone, and I also checked the website and the price was $95 and all she said that’s an old price. Ok it’s an old price then why they telling me an old price when I called on the phone and don’t speak clearly about what the new prices are. she did nothing to fix it or even apologize for their error! Instead she said she'll give me 24 hrs to pay the rest.I didnt even like the extensions they look way too fake when I asked for a natural look. I’m very dissapointed and will never go back! zoi’a truly blew me away! The atmosphere is amazing, and my stylist/artist Lexy was absolutely incredible!!!! I’ve had platinum blonde hair for awhile, and yes, had used box dye on my hair Lexy was able to transform me, and although it was work! She turned my yuck looking platinum into a gorgeous natural red I am shocked at how well Lexy was able to take my color wants and turn them into reality!!!!! I just had my first experience with Zoi'A Spa & Salon and I am more than happy with my hair! I saw Bailey, a new stylist and I 110% recommend her. She is fun, wonderful to be around, and super talented! I had a pretty dramatic cut & color change and she could not have executed it any better. The atmosphere was great and relaxing, it was definitely worth the bit of extra drive for me. The only reason for the star deduction is that I was lead to believe that both my services would be 50% off, not just the cut. This place is a godsend for Janesville. The salon is hip, fancy, and upscale. They offer beverages to you as you wait for your appointment. My hair cut was just what I wanted and when I was done, I was not pressured to buy product. The whole time I felt relaxed and at ease. Prices are more than reasonable. It was my first time trying out this salon and I worked with stylist, Amber, who truly went above and beyond in making me have a great first experience! The first time I went in, I was looking to do a balayage, however, as pretty as the end result was, I thought I went too dark and wanted more highlights since I love my hair lighter especially during the summer. I contacted the manager, and she made me an appointment the next week to brighten my hair again. I simply love the end result, this is exactly what I was looking for! Went in about a week ago. They tried to get me to cancel my appointment. Then when I got there the therapist tried getting me to shorten my appointment. It was my first time there so I filled out the sheet. I indicated that I had lower back pain and that I wanted moderate pressure. She did not even address my pain and was way too light with the pressure. Then to top it off she jipped me 15 minutes off my massage. Very unsatisfied for such a high price. Read Less

You guys! This place is fantastic. I had my first experience at Zoi'A last night, and will definitely be back. I loved everything about it. Beautiful, modern space, quiet and relaxing, every single employee was so genuinely sweet. Colleen was a delight and fun to talk to. It felt like spending time with a friend instead of forced chit-chat. She actually listened to what I was hoping for, had the skills to make it happen, and provided helpful suggestions based on her expertise. It was truly the exact opposite of every disappointing salon experience I've ever had. :) And, I don't know if this was a deliberate design choice, but I love the minimal use of mirrors in the salon space. Not having to look at my scary self in a cape with a head full of color really helped me relax so much more. Also love the evening and weekend hours and option of making an appointment online.
