The tiny petite girl that did my toes did an amazing job (like a pro), and I would give her 5 stars alone. However, when I asked the man who was doing my finger nails for an sns with my full set, he said that sns is only for natural nails and isn't used with a set, and is for older 65 yr old women......ok...... I've been getting my nails done for years and almost always get a full set with sns powder because I like how it's not too bulky like the acrylic, but this is the first time I've tried to get it here in Janesville since I moved from GA a few months ago. Now, I'm not sure if he was lying or if he just doesn't know how to do sns nails, but I ended up having to do a gel nail full set. The gel nail pallet that he gave me didn't have a lot of colors to choose from, and was the same one I've seen at two other nail salons I've been to...basic.

1st time here..very pleased with the staff.They were all friendly, place is Very organized & clean.I dont think there is anything they cant do..love my nails thank you kim.!!

I love comming here to get my nails done. They are the only place I've gone to in along time where my nails do not start to lift, chip, or break. The staff is always friendly. I work in health care so i am always washing my hands, wearing gloves, repositioning residents etc... I never have issues with the paint chipping, nails breaking or lifting. The Jewels i have put on even stay on perfectly until i go in for another fill. I'm always getting compliments on my nails and i recommend us nails to all my friends. They all do a wonderful job!

The service was terrible; they kept getting up and leaving me to go work with another customer. $40 for an acrylic full set and my nails are crooked. Never coming back here. They did mg nails in like 20 minutes. They didn’t cut my cuticles, massage mg hands or anythinf. Don’t recommend coming here at all. You’ll be very disappointed.

Hands down the best nail salon in Janesville. My nail health is far better after switching to US Nails and they are true artists. Friendly, personable, and fun. Highly recommended! 👍

Love them. Always so nice. They do a fantastic job. I've gone to many other nail salons and every time I come so they can fix what the other place messed up. They look out for the care of your nail.

I wouldn't even give 1 star but had to, to write the review. My daughter and I were there last night for a pedicure and a manicure. My pedicure was $25.00 and her full set of nails shoukd have been $2...
I wouldn't even give 1 star but had to, to write the review. My daughter and I were there last night for a pedicure and a manicure. My pedicure was $25.00 and her full set of nails shoukd have been $27.00. Well, the guy that did my 13 year old daughters nails tricked her into getting the $40.00 set!!! I am beyond pissed off and think its sick that he thinks its ok to trick a kid into getting more expensive items just to benefit his wallet!!! I will never return!! I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau!!!

It has been a week since my manicure and my finger is still sore... I usually go there for pedicures..and things have turned out ok...but this is the 2nd manicure I've had and each time I've left ble...
It has been a week since my manicure and my finger is still sore... I usually go there for pedicures..and things have turned out ok...but this is the 2nd manicure I've had and each time I've left bleeding.. The girl...katie I think..? She's nice, but hard to communicate with her, her English is limited..put cuticle remover on my nails instead of soaking them in water... Which might've been fine, but Kim (her sister?) said she had used the wrong stuff...they were out of the regular cuticle remover... That being said, kim finished the manicure...but now my finger is in PAIN...a WEEK later... They didn't charge me for it..thank god...

My 2 sisters and I went there and did the vip pedicure, it was amazing! And definitely reasonably price. Regular pedicure was $25,up to $40 for the vip (which includes 3 different special treatments - fruit scrub, hot wax, and hot stones). Fast to get us in, entry of seats. If you pay cash, you can participate in their reward program. There is not atm so come prepared

The tiny petite girl that did my toes did an amazing job (like a pro), and I would give her 5 stars alone. However, when I asked the man who was doing my finger nails for an sns with my full set, he said that sns is only for natural nails and isn't used with a set, and is for older 65 yr old women......ok...... I work in health care so i am always washing my hands, wearing gloves, repositioning residents etc... I never have issues with the paint chipping, nails breaking or lifting.
