My daughter and I went in to get pedicures while my husband grabbed a few things. I would not return. My pedicure was so rough and painful! Not enjoyable at all! Also watched her use a dremmal like tool on one woman and then go to use it on me. So disappointed.

I had a pedicure at Regal yesterday and it was the worst experience for a pedicure I have ever had! The water was scalding hot to begin with, then the lady was so rough with me, she was digging under my nails and creating a lot of pain, was saying ouch and pulling back and she just ignored me. She rubbed my feet so hard when I told her my foot was bad and created more pain for me. I could not wait for the pedicure to be over with. Will never ever go back. Oh, and the place was so dirty, floor, everything hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. I couldn't post til I gave it a one star, which I didn't even want to give them that

Girlfriend went and they stepped on her toes accidentally, and only fixed one of the nails. Made her pay extra money for gel matt she didn't want, and cut her and her friend 3 times and caused them to bleed. Absolute horrible experience and I don't recommend this place to people who want their nails done correctly.

If I could post a picture.... Not even an hour in the paint had peeled up... I had a French gel... I am beyond disappointed!!! The white is still wet! She clearly knew she was doing a bad job she kept...

I normally don't like to be so harsh, but I will never return here. They had a special going on, and I decided to get a Pedicure on a whim. The sign said "Mani Pedi combo $35". I told the woman that I would just like the Pedicure and she started. The pedicure looked great, but the entire time she was doing it, she was rude and I could barely understand what she was saying. When it came time to pay, she ended up charging me $45. All I got was a simple pedicure with a polish change. I will never go back.

I had a pedicure at Regal yesterday and it was the worst experience for a pedicure I have ever had! The water was scalding hot to begin with, then the lady was so rough with me, she was digging under my nails and creating a lot of pain, was saying ouch and pulling back and she just ignored me. Girlfriend went and they stepped on her toes accidentally, and only fixed one of the nails. Made her pay extra money for gel matt she didn't want, and cut her and her friend 3 times and caused them to bleed. Absolute horrible experience and I don't recommend this place to people who want their nails done correctly.

I normally don't like to be so harsh, but I will never return here. They had a special going on, and I decided to get a Pedicure on a whim. The sign said "Mani Pedi combo $35". I told the woman that I would just like the Pedicure and she started. The pedicure looked great, but the entire time she was doing it, she was rude and I could barely understand what she was saying. When it came time to pay, she ended up charging me $45. All I got was a simple pedicure with a polish change. I will never go back.
