The tech I had was very helpful, like she recommended not getting white because it yellows in the sun. Yet, the manucure dip process felt rushed. There are a few noticable mistakes, but overall she put on a lot of coats and cleaned up my manicures. Temped to give a three based on how the price change from $35 to 42 based on it being a dip manicure( my usual place does not charge that much).

Very clean inside and all staff were friendly. They charge extra for using a card instead of cash which is disappointing. The woman who did my manicure was so sweet and friendly and very talented I should say. It's just unfortunate that she didn't understand conversational English. I didn't expect her to be fluent but to be able to answer nail related questions because I had quite a few. She still did an amazing job so that's fine but communication is so important when doing business and I think they should focus on that a little more.

Worst pedicure I have ever had and paid $42 for it. It look 15 minutes while my daughter’s took over 1/2 hour. My feet look awful and I am on my way to my usual salon to get them worked on. This place just cares about pumping people through and collecting money. So disappointed!

I went in the other day to have a manicure and pedicure. The gentleman started with my manicure and then the next thing someone else is doing my manicure. The young girl who did my manicure barely trimmed my cuticle back then put lotion on with the dust (nail debris) all over my hands the told me to go wash. The pedicure was so rushed that you couldn't even tell I had a pedicure done. My feet and hands are still dry and cracked. Thanks for nothing!

I liked the space fine. The products used to do feet, lotion in particular, was pretty cheap... my polish starting coming off three days later.

My daughter and I went for pedicures. They did get us right in as walk ins, and my daughter had a good experience. Mine, however, not so good. When the gentleman that did me was buffing my nails, he was so rough that he actually "buffed off" several layers of skin from 2 toes. They bled the entire time I was there, as well as after I left. He never acknowledged it, apologized, or anything. I did complain to the owner when I left, and after much chatter in a different language, someone looked at me and said "sorry 'bout that." A few days later, not only were those 2 toes infected, my foot was also......then, a toe on the other foot did as well. Antibiotics after a pedicure is not acceptable. And, no, I am not diabetic that would make me more susceptible to infections. I will not be back.

Stopped by during a road trip to Chicago and they did a great job. My manicurist kept getting up to do other things for a few min at a time so it was a bit longer than expected. Overall exactly what I needed- clean, friendly, and they did a nice job. They seemed busy (lots of people there and lots of calls) so I recommend making an appt.

I stopped in here yesterday because my usual salon was closed. The place looks clean, and there was no waiting for my shellac removal and re-shellac. Huge selection of colors, and the guy who did my mani did a great job on the polish. He wasn't big on small talk, which was okay with me. In fact, none of the nail technicians were making conversation with their clients. I wish he'd spent more time shaping and filing my nails. They're slightly uneven, but probably not noticeably so to anyone else. I was slightly concerned that it wasn't obvious that the tools were properly sanitized, but nothing's festering or fallen off yet, so maybe it's okay. Finally, I thought it was a very good price -- $29.

For Janesville, this salon is very nice. Nail color: lots of options, lots of brandsServices: everything from acrylic to shellac to natural manis and pedisPrices: very reasonable I came in here for a repolish and shellac removal. All together, it cost me $20. A repolish is just a pedi or mani with out the fancy stuff. For $12, they cut, shape, buff, and paint your nails. Ao unless I'm super stressed or need a massage, I'll always opt for the repolish. For $8, they removed the shellac, cut, and shaped my nails. The staff are nice, work hard, and they work fast. This will probably be my go to nail salon in Janesville.

The tech I had was very helpful, like she recommended not getting white because it yellows in the sun. Yet, the manucure dip process felt rushed. There are a few noticable mistakes, but overall she put on a lot of coats and cleaned up my manicures. Temped to give a three based on how the price change from $35 to 42 based on it being a dip manicure( my usual place does not charge that much).

Very clean inside and all staff were friendly. They charge extra for using a card instead of cash which is disappointing. The woman who did my manicure was so sweet and friendly and very talented I should say. It's just unfortunate that she didn't understand conversational English. I didn't expect her to be fluent but to be able to answer nail related questions because I had quite a few. She still did an amazing job so that's fine but communication is so important when doing business and I think they should focus on that a little more.

I went in the other day to have a manicure and pedicure. The gentleman started with my manicure and then the next thing someone else is doing my manicure. My daughter and I went for pedicures. They did get us right in as walk ins, and my daughter had a good experience. Mine, however, not so good.
