I never leave reviews for any store/spa but i feel like i have to... this is the worst nails/spa I've been to. I'm just visiting from SD and had no plans on doing my nails here because i have a trusted nails/spa in SD.. but because I accidentally broke one of my nails I decided to do it here because it's really painful. i have acrylic nails which makes it worse because they're long. So i went there and told the register lady that i want a fill it + gel manicure so she said its going to be $35 so i said ok, i also told her i want an ombre she said ok so i ask her how much will it be she said its the same amount so i ask her again to make sure that its just $35 she said yes, so then she called my 1st tech(Cathy) she Check my nails told her abt my nails and what I want, then all of a sudden she wanna charge me $45 and I was like that's not what the other lady told me and she start talking in their language and stuff all of a sudden the register girl told me "you pay more if you want ombre" and I was like Ok! I told Cathy how I want my nails then she start talking in her language again & giving me attitude.. so I told her you know what just take it off I'm just gonna get gel manicure! So she start grinding my polish off so I was expecting when she's done, she'll soak my nails in that little machine for acrylic nails with polish remover but she didn't!! instead she tried to pull my acrylic nails off! i wasn't expecting it so I accidentally scream because it really hurt! So I told her youre supposed to be soaking it 1st and she just start talking in her language again and giving me more attitude so she soak my nails and leave without also telling me that I'll have a different tech. Which is ok coz she's nice and gentle but not really good at her job, my polish is not smooth and she didn't even use cotton with polish remover to see if my nails are fully dry.. I will never go back here!!

Worst pedicure I've ever had. They had me in and out in 30 minutes or less. She clipped my nails and made one bleed she was in such a hurry. She didn't push back my cuticles or file my nails. Just a scrub, cheese grater thing, and lotion. It's not like she needed to hurry because there was only one other customer in there and three employees sitting around doing nothing! When I walked in I asked for a pedi and mani, she much have forgotten the mani, but after the way my toe felt I didn't want her touching my finger nails so I didnt remind her.

I have had nothing but luck with this place. I got acrylics done for my senior prom and
when I accidentally smudged the nail polish, the lady who did my nails quickly fixed it and made it look like it was never smudged. I'm so very happy with all the work I have had done here and I will absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Very reasonable prices compared to any other place around the janesville area. I got a manicure for $13 and feel that's the cheapest I've ever gotten one anywhere. Delux pedicures are worth the money ...
Very reasonable prices compared to any other place around the janesville area. I got a manicure for $13 and feel that's the cheapest I've ever gotten one anywhere. Delux pedicures are worth the money and they take they're time at massaging your feet with amazing care products. For $35.
Recently, they bought new plastic shower caps to go over the foot baths so they dont get germy and they replace them after every pedicure. I've never seen any place do this until now and I find it to be very nice to see some places do care for germs.
My mother comes here now after her guy who used to do her nails passed away of cancer over three years ago. She wasn't able to find a place that does a good job cheap every time she goes. I told her about this place and she loves it. She's been getting her nails done for over twenty five years regularly at nail salons and never has anything to complain about lee lee's. She's been going for at least a year now.

I took my sister for her first pedicure and we were both disappointed, they rushed us through so fast, didn't do half of what a pedicure is supposed to be, we didn't get any massage and our heels are still rough. Should have never tipped her. Probably won't go back

Lee does a great job. However, last person never once made an attempt for normal greeting, coughed and twitched a lot through entire process. Rough with my hands twisting and torqueing my fingers and made my thumb bleed from nail dremel. It would be nice to visit a salon where employees didn't speak foreign language to other employers while never really speaking to you as a customer. Poor customer service. We are in America right? When we run a business customer service should be pretty polished.

I've been here many times and never had a bad experience. I don't bother going anywhere else. I've had communication issues in other salons but Lee Lee's hasn't been a problem. It's clean, they're gentle and I always leave with what I came for for the price I expected to pay. Keep it up guys, LOVE IT!

I never leave reviews for any store/spa but i feel like i have to... this is the worst nails/spa I've been to. I'm just visiting from SD and had no plans on doing my nails here because i have a trusted nails/spa in SD.. but because I accidentally broke one of my nails I decided to do it here because it's really painful. i have acrylic nails which makes it worse because they're long. Worst pedicure I've ever had. They had me in and out in 30 minutes or less. She clipped my nails and made one bleed she was in such a hurry. She didn't push back my cuticles or file my nails. Just a scrub, cheese grater thing, and lotion. It's not like she needed to hurry because there was only one other customer in there and three employees sitting around doing nothing! I have had nothing but luck with this place. I got acrylics done for my senior prom and
when I accidentally smudged the nail polish, the lady who did my nails quickly fixed it and made it look like it was never smudged. I'm so very happy with all the work I have had done here and I will absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Very reasonable prices compared to any other place around the janesville area. I got a manicure for $13 and feel that's the cheapest I've ever gotten one anywhere. Delux pedicures are worth the money and they take they're time at massaging your feet with amazing care products. For $35.

Lee does a great job. However, last person never once made an attempt for normal greeting, coughed and twitched a lot through entire process. Rough with my hands twisting and torqueing my fingers and made my thumb bleed from nail dremel. It would be nice to visit a salon where employees didn't speak foreign language to other employers while never really speaking to you as a customer. Poor customer service. We are in America right? I've been here many times and never had a bad experience. I don't bother going anywhere else. I've had communication issues in other salons but Lee Lee's hasn't been a problem. It's clean, they're gentle and I always leave with what I came for for the price I expected to pay. Keep it up guys, LOVE IT!
