I called at 10:30a.m. and made an appointment for 11:20a.m. when i get here at 11:20a.m. they had no one available to do my nails i told them i had called they asked me if i was sure i called there. I showed her my phone calls and that i did in fact call classy nails she told me i would have to wait until someone was done. They are all very rude here and they are slow and not good work! Also they talk bad about their customers but because they don't do it in English they think people don't know!!! They told each other that i was a brat and not go a good job on my nails!!!! Both of my daughters were in to get a 25 dollar set and a 30 pedicure. My older daughter wanted this design, they said they could do it if she upgraded. She did consent, but they did not do a good job and they refused to fix it. They walked in ready to pay 110. They walked out after paying 150. Then Paige hung up on me when I called to complain.
