I have never had a bad experience. My nails have always looked amazing, the staff is awesome and I love their quality of gel polish. I work HARD, outside everyday and the gel lasts under all my work...
I have never had a bad experience. My nails have always looked amazing, the staff is awesome and I love their quality of gel polish. I work HARD, outside everyday and the gel lasts under all my working conditions. I don't like going anywhere else. I should add I've going there since I was 15!

I just moved here from Georgia a few days ago, and this was by far the worst nail experience of my life. The older woman that did my nails didn't seem like she's ever done nails a day in her life. Aft...
I just moved here from Georgia a few days ago, and this was by far the worst nail experience of my life. The older woman that did my nails didn't seem like she's ever done nails a day in her life. After she files my nails down she lotions and oils my arms without dusting my hands first, and spreads nail residue all over my arms. So I have to get up and wash my entire arms in their tiny sink. I go back to the chair and before she starts painting my nails I pay and tip her a little to try to encourage her to do a better job. That didn't happen. She starts off painting my nails ok, but as it's getting close to closing time she is literally globbing on the nail polish like a toddler, leaving bubbles all throughout my nails. On top of all of this she is farting the ENTIRE time. Honestly, I can't help but laugh at the tragedy of it all, but I will never be stepping foot in that place again.

Recently moved to the area and trying to find a new nail salon to go to isn't easy but at least I figured out quick that this place is definitely not the best to go to.
First impressions are a huge deal and right off the bat. I should've just left. Walking in, there was NO ONE inside. Nice warm sunny day, middle afternoon.....really? Not a good sign. Owner was just laying on the couch.
The nail tech who did my nails barely spoke any English. She started filing my nails shorter without even asking me. (I thought she was just shaping them.) She left polish on my skin not even near my nails. My thumbs are different lengths. One is rounder and the other is more square.
The owner was on the phone the whole time while she was doing my mom's nails. Talking in Vietnamese with it on speaker.....loud! So annoying. She apologized after the first call but then just got on the phone again and was on it until she was done with her nails. Then says "2 more times, each" and goes and lays back on the couch.
Not to mention when I called a few days earlier to ask about prices....the guy who answered said $25 for gel acrylics. I even asked a second time and he repeated himself. Then when we check out, she says $40! Ridiculous.
Safe to say it was my first and last time going there! Will be continuing my search for a new salon!!

First & Last time ever going to this place!!!
VERY Rude service! I felt rushed, 3 different people worked on my nails, constantly kept stopping to do other things. ...nearly took 2 hours just for a gel fill, and that was with an appointment and getting seated immediately.... So ridiculous! Workers were arguing about who should do what! Such a circus and i will NEVER go back

I had acrylics done and the guy never put my nails under the light so now they are dry but I can still move the paint around on my nails, so every time I touch something the paint moves. Also while he was doing my nails he kept face timing and calling other people. After he got done with my nails he just got up and left and said keep your nails in front of the fan until they are dry. I kept my nails in front of the fan for about 25 mins and you can still move the paint around on every nail. Very unprofessional and would never go here again.

Not very happy with our experience here today. Took my 9 year old daughter for her first pedicure. Our visit started with one of the owners (female) and an employee arguing. In which the owner was very unprofessional and used profanity. And because the one girl then refused to work, my daughter sat for almost an hour waiting for her pedicure. The music that was bumping was very inappropriate, using the F word, N word and pus*y. The girl doing my pedicure wasn't really paying attention and scraped not dead skin off the side of my foot, so it's now open and burning. Both of our nails have a crappy paint job, looks like a 3 year old painted them. We will NEVER be returning here.

I did the glitter dipping on all my nails and loved how it looked, but for some reason it didn't stay very well for me. I sent them a message saying it was chipping and didn't look so great anymore and they got me in the very next day to totally re-do my gel polish for free-- no questions asked! The staff is very professional and easy to work with!

I have never had a bad experience. My nails have always looked amazing, the staff is awesome and I love their quality of gel polish. I work HARD, outside everyday and the gel lasts under all my working conditions. I don't like going anywhere else. I should add I've going there since I was 15!

I just moved here from Georgia a few days ago, and this was by far the worst nail experience of my life. The older woman that did my nails didn't seem like she's ever done nails a day in her life. After she files my nails down she lotions and oils my arms without dusting my hands first, and spreads nail residue all over my arms. So I have to get up and wash my entire arms in their tiny sink. I go back to the chair and before she starts painting my nails I pay and tip her a little to try to encourage her to do a better job. That didn't happen. Recently moved to the area and trying to find a new nail salon to go to isn't easy but at least I figured out quick that this place is definitely not the best to go to.

Not very happy with our experience here today. Took my 9 year old daughter for her first pedicure. Our visit started with one of the owners (female) and an employee arguing. In which the owner was very unprofessional and used profanity. And because the one girl then refused to work, my daughter sat for almost an hour waiting for her pedicure. The music that was bumping was very inappropriate, using the F word, N word and pus*y. I did the glitter dipping on all my nails and loved how it looked, but for some reason it didn't stay very well for me. I sent them a message saying it was chipping and didn't look so great anymore and they got me in the very next day to totally re-do my gel polish for free-- no questions asked! The staff is very professional and easy to work with!
