I'm happy that that customers seem to be happy with the services offered. I am NOT happy with their customer service though. I bought a gift card over the phone to surprise my friend w/ a spa package. I asked the person processing the transaction to SPECIFICALLY indicate clearly what the gift card was intended for. She wrote down a message that I wanted included, but did NOT write down what I wanted the gift card intended for. Called salon to try and rectify the error. Their response? "We can't stop a customer from using the gift card on any service they want to use it for. That wouldn't really be fair to the customer." Ummm... how about it's not fair to me that they screwed up the intention and would not even bother to see the simple logic and try to rectify their screw-up!! Whatever you do, don't buy a gift card online or over the phone if they are NOT going to mark down what the gift card was intended for. If the company I work for did the same, we'd do everything in our power to make the purchaser satisfied. If we didn't, we'd go out out of business. Awesome service!! I moved to the area this past fall from Milwaukee and I have been very apprehensive to try anywhere local. My bachelorette party is this weekend and I did not have time between finals and packing to drive to Milwaukee and get a wax and spray tan for Vegas! I was freaking out.. but after reading reviews I chose Bellasazi. I got a wax and a spray tan back to back days and both services were top notch! In the past I have fired so many hair stylist because they don't know how to work with my very straight hair. She understands what I can and can't do with all my cowlicks. Also, I really love the fact that I get on an average about 5 complements a day when I am out and about around the the country and world. Phenomenal salon with a fantastic group of people working there. I've been coming here for years and have always received exceptional service. One of the benefits is that this is a full service salon so my family and I have used pretty much all of their services. I've been coming to this salon for years, and have always had an excellent experience! I've never had a bad haircut from this salon, which is why I will continue to always come back here. The staff is very warm, welcoming, and professional and always makes sure that you're as comfortable as possible. You often feel like you're a part of the salon while there! I get my haircut by Danielle (fantastic stylist would highly recommend) she has always done my hair PERFECTLY! Danielle often recommends new things that I could do to change up my look, which I like because I'm normally stuck in my ways about my hair. Every time I try something different Danielle nails it and it looks amazing! I've gone to many other salons in the area in the past and have NOT had the same satisfaction that I get from Bellasazi. I am struggling to give a "2" for this review and I am only giving that because they didn't make me pay for my haircut. I called in to get my haircut today and they had a stylist that had an opening but said I would get a discounted price because she is "New". I said "Well, what do you mean she is new? I am very picky about my hair." I was told "Oh, well she is new to the salon, but she has been cutting hair for awhile." So, I thought ok well that makes sense book me for t...he appointment. So I get there and sit down and show the stylist two pictures of how I would like it cut. She had to have another stylist come over to explain to her "what she would do" and gave my stylist tips on how to do it. (This seriously is a standard men's hair cut that is longer on top for me to style and very much the style hair cut that is "in" right now") Long story short, my stylist butchered my hair with a #4 all the way to the top. After she realized how bad she got it wrong she had to ask a different stylist to leave her client and try to fix my hair. I showed the girl who was trying to fix it the picture of what I had wanted and she didn't know what say except that she was sorry and that she would try and fix it the best she can. I'm extremely upset. It took me 6 months to grow my hair out to the length I wanted it and very disappointed in how this turned out. Lesson learned: Don't do something if you don't know what you are doing. My long wear Polish on my toes lasts at least 4 weeks and it's fabulous in the winter because it dry the min you walk out of the spa so you don't have to wear flip flops outside in the cold. The salon atmosphere is nice.  I really like getting my hair cut and my eyebrows waxed with Megan.  I've also gotten a spray tan and a massage here which were good.  I think they could do a better job with the spa area by creating a lounge/sitting area where people could relax with a cup of tea pre and post massage. I got a "spa manicure", long wear less than a week ago. The long wear started chipping off two days later and has come off one nail completely. I was very unhappy with my service. The girl that did my nails was very friendly but the other girl was very rude and I felt akward and uncomfortable. I will not go back to this salon. Waste of time and money. Read Less

Three weeks ago as of Wednesday I had a Brazilian split end treatment. I called 2 days later and said nearly all my ends were split, it didn't work. I was told someone would call me back... 3 weeks later and no call. I called a week ago for a hair cut and was able to get a same day appointment. The receptionist was very friendly. I arrived and was greeted warmly and offered a beverage. Jozi took me right away. This was my first time getting a service here.  I had purchased a Groupon and decided to go today. When I called you make the appointment I was told that I could upgrade to the Spa Facial for just $10 so I did. I booked with Jozie and arrived early as they asked.Jozie came out promptly and had everything all ready too go. It was such a relaxing facial. This was my first spa experience in Janesville after moving to the area and I was really excited since it had received rave reviews from my local friends. I scheduled an acne facial, which the website lists as the only facial that offers extractions (weird...I know). I go in for my Saturday appointment and the place is a little off the beaten path but not too hard to find. The waiting area is nice, nothing crazy fancy, but comfortable. My appointment was with Nicki. I don't recommend her at all. After making product suggestions without even looking at my skin she spent an hour rubbing my face with plastic gloves on, messing up my hair, and banging around the dishes in the room. It was far from a relaxing experience. She didn't do a single extraction, so I basically paid $70 to have someone wash my face for an hour. When she said we were done, I got up and looked in the mirror. Luckily I had a hairbrush with me or I would have left the place looking like the Bride of Frankenstein. I get in my car and look in the mirror only to realize I still have some stuff smeared on the side of my face. Great...I might go back since it is supposed to be one of the better spas in Janesville, but I will make a point to request anyone but her. Read Less

Overall - it has a nice ambiance and decor. You are offered tea, water, cider or coffee upon arrival.Hair Cut - Stylist washed my hair first and then cut it. I have naturally curly hair, which many stylists cannot cut well. She did a pretty good job.Improvements - they should have hooks or a stand to hang purses. I had to set mine on the floor.  Also, their cleaning people were cleaning and I think for a spa/salon where ambiance is important, this should be done after hours. Facial - I had the spa facial. The hand/foot massage felt very nice.Improvements - get rid of the ticking clock. It ruined the mood. Also, get rid of the buzzing timer. I know there must be silent timers that ding once when time is up. Plan for 1hr and 30 minutes.
