It's a very nice facility, unfortunately the service was not there. Three of us had an appt at 5:30 on a friday for a pedicure and manicure. They were very busy and the person who was doing my pedicure ended up using the wrong type of nail polish, so he had to remove all of the polish and start again. By this time the other 2 ladies I was with were already getting their manicures - even though I was one of the first to get started. Since my pedicure was taking so long, another guy there stepped in and hurriedly finished my toes (they were not good, and I ended up painting over them later at home). The manicure was the worst, the young gentleman doing my nails kept telling me how much he hated the color I chose because it took so many coats for the color to appear. It was approaching closing time, and he very quickly went through shaping my nails and trimming my cuticles - so quickly that he ended up cutting me a few times and I started to bleed profusely! He barely said anything about it - he was talking very inappropriately with his friends still in the shop working with him. It was all fun and games until it started to become very uncomfortable. I don't get my nails done often and he kept yelling at me about how I was putting my hands under the light machine "Did I tell you to remove your hand?!" "Don't lean your hand when you're under the light, woman!" I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible - I skipped the massage at the end. He even joked about wrapping my hands up in the wax and taking them home with me so that we could leave quicker. He did put the wax bags on my hands, but didn't wait for them to fully cool before taking the bags off. Really disappointing, since the only other time I came here, it was a nice experience. Read Less
