I have been to this salon twice and they are not the best to say the least. The first time was back in December, I went and got a pedi and a full set. I thought the customer service was great, very friendly and they were willing to do any design that you wanted (why they are getting two stars instead of one). I was super happy until about a week later. My nails grew out super fast (might not be their fault) and they were dingy and looked gross (the color I had was black).
I went back less then a week ago for a fill and I had a pretty bad experience! It started when I picked my colors and showed the guy what I wanted and he had the lady next to him get my colors. She picked out a different color sparkle (gold, I picked silver) and when I told her I wanted silver not gold she rolled her eyes at me. A couple minutes later she brought the silver and that was that. Next the guy burned me several times, cut me to the point where I was bleeding and held my fingers so tight that my knuckles hurt afterwards. I told him several times that he was hurting me, but just continued to do it. At one point I ripped my hand away from him because he burned me so bad. After he was done and moved to the colors I told him I wanted the sparkles on just my ring fingers and he told me no. After telling him that’s what I wanted he finally did it and said “Are you sure?” I was so annoyed and just wanted to leave I told him to do whatever he wanted. Once he did it the way he wanted he said “See that looks much better.” When he was done I did agree that they looked nice until I got home. There was nail gunk all over my fingers, and the underside of my nails. My nails and fingers were sore for two days afterwards. I honestly wasn’t going to write a review, but then one of my nails (that was brand new) just fell off! If you want quality do not go here. I am going to go back there just to get my nail fixed (because I’m going on vacation tomorrow) and then I’m never going back again!

I almost didn't go to this salon because of poor Google reviews but I decided to give it a try. I had a great experience! It was busy, I got a mani/pedi and was very happy with the quality of the service. It was very clean, they had a great color selection and had a comfortable atmosphere. I had a great experience so I thought I'd share in case others are deterred by the negative reviews!

She rushed through the pedicure and did a horrible job with the manicure! Mom saw their staffs did not wash their tools and my sister notice UV sanatizer wasn't even on when she was finishing up with the pedicure! Terrible

I have had that problem with a few other nail places, but I'm just mad about the chipping. although, the people were very nice, and it looked good before they chipped

After being a very loyal customer of E Nails, I've decided to go elsewhere all because the woman that has done my nails for years is constantly on her cell phone. She will literally stop what she is doing with my nails and scroll through her email. During my last and final appointment, she trimmed the nails on one hand shorter than the other, trimmed all of them uneven and she didn't even realize she put three coats of base on one hand and only one coat on the other. There was no reason to do that. I would estimate my final appointment took at least 20 minutes longer because she stopped numerous times to go on her phone. Now I understand there are times when a person needs to make or receive a call or text but this was ridiculous. This has been getting worse with each appointment and I feel as though she has been taking advantage of me because I've been going to her for so long. That was the last and final straw. When the salon first opened, one of the original owners was there every day and the place was spotless. She had a baby and eventually started up another store Grafton. Over time, the salon has become rather worn down and not all that clean. In years past, when the nail techs didn't have customers, they would always be cleaning; now you can usually find them on their phones or laptops instead. Just ridiculous. It never was like this the first couple years.

I called for a last minute decision hair cut and Sevva was able to get me in that afternoon. afternoon When I arrived I was offered coffee, tea or water. I booked with Lo. She helped me so much with my hair! I came in with mats and tangles asking to chop my long hair to a longer bob. Not only did Lo save as much of my hair as she could, she cut my hair to the perfect length. The hair cut was very reasonably priced considering how much time it took to brush through my hair. I highly recommend Lo, she was great! I will be back, I'm glad to have found a salon in Milwaukee I like.

So she scammed me of $3 because she wanted a better tip and I know for a fact that wasn't tax because they don't charge tax. Definitely never going here again because they were super rude to my friend and I. Twan was working on another lady and said "I don't get why all these little kids are here, like if you're not 18, don't bother coming." Like some tech he is -- so rude and disrespectful. I've been going here since they opened and never going back.

Great salon and very hip. Everyone here is super talented. I got my hair done by Lo and she was very nice and easy to talk to. She just did a simple curl, but I'm sure she can do lots of other sophisticated styles. I also got my makeup done by Lauren and she is AMAZING. She is the most friendly person and seems extremely passionate about her job. She genuinely wants you to be happy with the results and will do whatever it takes for you to be satisfied. Her makeup skills are magnificent, so I highly, highly recommend!! I wish she could do my makeup everyday. Anyways, come here if you are looking for a high-quality salon in the area! All the stylists are highly skilled.

I'm from Chicago, and came to Milwaukee to have some quiet time and tour the city a bit. I also wanted to get a great manicure and pedicure, because the last one I got from a salon in Iowa, left me upset at the money I wasted. If you can't tell, I travel a lot, so I don't have a go to spot in my own city. I emailed the morning of my appointment to see if there was room for me on a Friday evening. There was, and they were even able to fit my husband in for a pedicure as well. So, booking was a piece of cake. I'm also now in their system so when I come back, I'm all set. My manicurist/pedicurist was Thik, and she was fantastic. The right amount of conversation, and she even helped me get out of my maroon as the only color of fall, rut. The last no chip manicure I had resulted in the polish being put on too thick, so that it chipped less than a week after I got it. My color is perfect! OPI's Miami Beet on my nails and a pumpkin color on the toes. The experience was fantastic, and my nails look PROFESSIONALLY done. I might even take a long drive every once in a while to enjoy the experience again.

What an awesome experience!! Just walked in because we are in town for a week and hubby didn't get haircut before we left. Husband said it was his best hair cutting experience ever. They even let me wait inside with my small dog. Awesome customer service and genuinely nice staff. We will definitely be back when we are in town again.

By far the greatest nail experience I've ever had. Not being from Milwaukee, I stumbled upon this salon just by searching around on Yelp. I wanted to get my nails done after work while my coworkers went to a Brewers game (Treat Yourself Tuesday, right?). I found Sevva and it looked promising. Booking an appointment was super easy- I was able to email back and forth with the salon to determine a time and service I wanted. I decided on a classic mani.In the heart of the Historic Third Ward, there were a lot of fun shops and the market nearby. It was fun to look around on my walk to the salon. When I got there, the salon was very welcoming, clean, and had relaxing music playing. They were not too busy either. I had to walk a bit further into the salon to find the front desk, but I was directed to the polishes right away with a glass of water and greeted by my nail technician, Bee, shortly after.BEE IS THE GREATEST. He helped me pick a color and was very friendly. We had a lot to talk about between work, school, living styles, and foodie preferences. All the while he was prepping my nails, cleaning my nails and cuticles, and obviously painting them. He didn't miss any cuticle part or corner of my nail when painting. There have been no chips, and I was not rushed out of the salon. The whole process was about 45 minutes, and only $20. I'm tempted to return for a pedicure just to say hi to everyone and have another relaxing night. Tip for next time- you can bring your own drink! AKA wine will be accompanying me tomorrow.

Since Angel and Kevin left this location Enails' services have gone downhill. The only way you get good services is if you are young, good looking or live in a rich neighborhood or are wealthy. I was literally turned down for a nail appointment I made with Tuan this weekend. I then asked Tony if he could do a half moon on my nails and he said he doesn't do designs. Yet ten minutes later he did a design on EVERY toe on a young blond girl. Luckily there was a wonderful employee named Jennifer who was willing not to judge and took the time to do an excellent job on my nails. I have heard from other people in the area that Enails had them soak in ice cold water for their pedicure, rushed their services, their nails break or chip within a week after they are done and their manicure consisted of soaking nails in soap water only.

The tools for the nails were clean and freshed opened from a pocket. Unfortunately, they were not very friendly. The lady did and wonderful job from the picture I've shown her that I wanted. It is very expensive for what I'm used to. It was 45.00 dollars for a non-chip manicure. Overall, good experience.

Can easily spend some time walking around the water front, grab a local coffee and stroll a few shops....worth the time.Sevva itself is a wonderful loft style shop where they did an outstanding job keeping true to the amazing building, but trending clean and modern. The design itself is worth a look.Friendly greeting when I arrived with an offer for a drink, nice relaxed atmosphere. Met Ran who proceeded to talk with me about my hairstyle and thoughts prior to getting a wash..... I find most places rush you to a washing station and the stylist never sees what you looked like when you came in.....nice change.Clearly Ran has some exceptional skills, and he used them to polish up my design with a series of different tools required to do the job right (once again..most just run a razor and some clips). Cleaned up right, looking faster and younger.... can't ask for more than that.While the shop is great, Ran's skills are exceptional, he is also a very interesting guy and a pleasure to talk with. All around an enjoyable experience.Ran and Sevva are doing great work in Milwaukee, I highly recommend going to the shop and supporting a local team.If I am in the area, a 100% confirmed return trip. My FAVORITE salon to get my nails done in all of Milwaukee. The prime location on Water Street in the Historic Third Wars is so fun because you can make a day out of your salon trip and enjoy the riverwalk, shopping, markets and restaurants nearby! Or go just here and pamper yourself! :-) Every worker is beyond friendly, making you feel comfortable for an indulging, relaxing visit. They greet you at the door, take your coat, and offer you a beverage. Every no-chip nail I've gotten done here has lasted me a solid three weeks, whereas every other nail salon I've tried usually only makes it to two. The salon has a luxurious, yet modern design. The cool-toned grey painted brick walls displays art work by local artists. It is also quite deceivingly large, with the nail boutique in the front, extending way back to the hair services area.I will have to make a hair appointment here in the future, because if Sevva does hair as good as they do nails, I may just live here.

I went in for a Gel Mani/Pedi and said to run my card for $5 over so I could tip the girl and then she tells me it's not $80($75 without tip) its $83. So she scammed me of $3 because she wanted a better tip and I know for a fact that wasn't tax because they don't charge tax. Definitely never going here again because they were super rude to my friend and I. Twan was working on another lady and said "I don't get why all these little kids are here, like if you're not 18, don't bother coming." Like some tech he is -- so rude and disrespectful. I've been going here since they opened and never going back.

She just did a simple curl, but I'm sure she can do lots of other sophisticated styles. I also got my makeup done by Lauren and she is AMAZING. She is the most friendly person and seems extremely passionate about her job. She genuinely wants you to be happy with the results and will do whatever it takes for you to be satisfied. Her makeup skills are magnificent, so I highly, highly recommend!! I wish she could do my makeup everyday. Anyways, come here if you are looking for a high-quality salon in the area! All the stylists are highly skilled.

I'm from Chicago, and came to Milwaukee to have some quiet time and tour the city a bit. I also wanted to get a great manicure and pedicure, because the last one I got from a salon in Iowa, left me upset at the money I wasted. If you can't tell, I travel a lot, so I don't have a go to spot in my own city. I emailed the morning of my appointment to see if there was room for me on a Friday evening. There was, and they were even able to fit my husband in for a pedicure as well. So, booking was a piece of cake. I'm also now in their system so when I come back, I'm all set. My manicurist/pedicurist was Thik, and she was fantastic. The right amount of conversation, and she even helped me get out of my maroon as the only color of fall, rut. The last no chip manicure I had resulted in the polish being put on too thick, so that it chipped less than a week after I got it. My color is perfect! OPI's Miami Beet on my nails and a pumpkin color on the toes. The experience was fantastic, and my nails look PROFESSIONALLY done. I might even take a long drive every once in a while to enjoy the experience again.

By far the greatest nail experience I've ever had. Not being from Milwaukee, I stumbled upon this salon just by searching around on Yelp. I wanted to get my nails done after work while my coworkers went to a Brewers game (Treat Yourself Tuesday, right?). I found Sevva and it looked promising. Booking an appointment was super easy- I was able to email back and forth with the salon to determine a time and service I wanted. I decided on a classic mani.In the heart of the Historic Third Ward, there were a lot of fun shops and the market nearby. It was fun to look around on my walk to the salon. When I got there, the salon was very welcoming, clean, and had relaxing music playing. They were not too busy either. I had to walk a bit further into the salon to find the front desk, but I was directed to the polishes right away with a glass of water and greeted by my nail technician, Bee, shortly after.BEE IS THE GREATEST. He helped me pick a color and was very friendly. We had a lot to talk about between work, school, living styles, and foodie preferences. All the while he was prepping my nails, cleaning my nails and cuticles, and obviously painting them. He didn't miss any cuticle part or corner of my nail when painting. There have been no chips, and I was not rushed out of the salon. The whole process was about 45 minutes, and only $20. I'm tempted to return for a pedicure just to say hi to everyone and have another relaxing night. Tip for next time- you can bring your own drink! AKA wine will be accompanying me tomorrow.

Since Angel and Kevin left this location Enails' services have gone downhill. The only way you get good services is if you are young, good looking or live in a rich neighborhood or are wealthy. I was literally turned down for a nail appointment I made with Tuan this weekend. I then asked Tony if he could do a half moon on my nails and he said he doesn't do designs. Yet ten minutes later he did a design on EVERY toe on a young blond girl. Luckily there was a wonderful employee named Jennifer who was willing not to judge and took the time to do an excellent job on my nails. I have heard from other people in the area that Enails had them soak in ice cold water for their pedicure, rushed their services, their nails break or chip within a week after they are done and their manicure consisted of soaking nails in soap water only.

The tools for the nails were clean and freshed opened from a pocket. Unfortunately, they were not very friendly. The lady did and wonderful job from the picture I've shown her that I wanted. It is very expensive for what I'm used to. It was 45.00 dollars for a non-chip manicure. Overall, good experience.

Can easily spend some time walking around the water front, grab a local coffee and stroll a few shops....worth the time.Sevva itself is a wonderful loft style shop where they did an outstanding job keeping true to the amazing building, but trending clean and modern. The design itself is worth a look.Friendly greeting when I arrived with an offer for a drink, nice relaxed atmosphere. Met Ran who proceeded to talk with me about my hairstyle and thoughts prior to getting a wash..... I find most places rush you to a washing station and the stylist never sees what you looked like when you came in.....nice change.Clearly Ran has some exceptional skills, and he used them to polish up my design with a series of different tools required to do the job right (once again..most just run a razor and some clips). Cleaned up right, looking faster and younger.... can't ask for more than that.While the shop is great, Ran's skills are exceptional, he is also a very interesting guy and a pleasure to talk with. All around an enjoyable experience.Ran and Sevva are doing great work in Milwaukee, I highly recommend going to the shop and supporting a local team.If I am in the area, a 100% confirmed return trip. My FAVORITE salon to get my nails done in all of Milwaukee. The prime location on Water Street in the Historic Third Wars is so fun because you can make a day out of your salon trip and enjoy the riverwalk, shopping, markets and restaurants nearby! Or go just here and pamper yourself! :-) Every worker is beyond friendly, making you feel comfortable for an indulging, relaxing visit. They greet you at the door, take your coat, and offer you a beverage. Every no-chip nail I've gotten done here has lasted me a solid three weeks, whereas every other nail salon I've tried usually only makes it to two. The salon has a luxurious, yet modern design. The cool-toned grey painted brick walls displays art work by local artists. It is also quite deceivingly large, with the nail boutique in the front, extending way back to the hair services area.I will have to make a hair appointment here in the future, because if Sevva does hair as good as they do nails, I may just live here.
