Made an on-line appointment this morning for a 12pm Signature Manicure. My appointment was with Carly and she was amazing. The Nail Salon is so beautiful and offers lots of other goodies to purchase. Staff was so professional. But back to Carly....she made me feel so welcomed. She truly pampered me and gave me a lot of options to choose from for the style I was looking for. I tried booking four people for my wedding and called to ensure they had openings. First time I called I got voicemail and was called back the following day. They said yes to openings and Even though it’s not a large group we had to fill out the bridal party contract and send it in. Since I don’t live in the area I had to fill out the form, scan it, and send through email. I received an email saying they got the paperwork. Called to confirm appointments and was told they weren’t scheduled due to no payment. I was told she would call me back with the total and further information. I received an EMAIL telling me the schedule was now full and they couldn’t accommodate us. I wrote in an email back to try and work with brides a little more in the future and she told me it’s understandable they couldn’t fit us in the schedule because I should have scheduled three months earlier. FOR 4 PEOPLE! I thought I was selecting a professional salon but the customer service needs work. I have been going here for 3 years now and it is a wonderful place to go to have your nails done. The one that are very friendly. I would recommend getting your nails done here over any other place I've ever been to. But I do suggest having a couple visits with a few different ladies there to find who you like everybody's just a little different in their techniques and the way that they do your nails. But I have to say all in all I would definitely go here over anywhere else in the area! Read Less

I have been here several times because, not only are they completely licensed unlike most discount places, but the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. The only reason I don't go regularly is because it is a 45 minute drive for me and now I am moving out of state. I am very picky when it comes to the shape of my nails but they WILL work to make them just how you want them because they want you to be 100% satisfied. They are a little more expensive but you are getting licensed professionals who are using safe, clean products. Yes, it can be hard to make an appointment because they are booking up like crazy but take that as a good sign. It means that they are obviously doing something right that is not only bringing customers back but bringing in new ones. This is a great business so if you are in the area and need to get your nails done, check them out. :) Read Less

I hated the nails I got done from another Salon. Carly fixed them right up and did beautiful glitter ombre on them. I am in LOVE with them and Nail Essentials Salon! Great atmosphere and absolutely love the honey scrub! Found my salon and will go no where else! Read Less

I had a great session today. I came in to book my appointment last night and they found me one over the lunch hour. Carly is really caring and an excellent listener. She made me feel confident in the Signature Pedicure by explaining what she was doing and what was in the products used. It was a great boost to my day. The Signature Pedicure provides great value, and Shellac with nail art is included! It fits lots of pampering into an hour. The salon itself is clean, brightly l...it, and cheerfully decorated. Carly made a point of telling me about the sanitizing processes as she did them, which was nice. It's relatively quiet and unhurried, so you can relax. The prices are really good for the amount of time the techs put into a session. I bought a 3 pedi for $99 special. You can tell this salon is proud of their work and enjoys taking care of their clients. I'm excited to come back later this month, and encourage others to visit Nail Essentials! I have been coming here for the last couple years and I've loved it but lately it's nearly impossible to get an appointment! Disappointed that I can't get in unless I book about 2 months out. My girlfriend and I got a Mani/Pedi today and Kim did an amazing job! She helped us with color and designs that we loved. I also bought a Vera Bradley hipster purse! The atmosphere is relaxing and the prices are very reasonable. You have to go to Nail Essentials! They do book up fast, but it's worth the wait. Read Less

Elegant, clean nail salon! Educated nail tech's that take the time to pamper clients. All employees have their state license to perform nail services. And everything is properly sanitized!
