Brought my girlfriend here and she is very satisfied with her nails. Not to mention I get good boyfriend brownie points for taking her. A big MEH.We walked in, and they were very accommodating.  We were sitting in a pedicure massage chair within 5 minutes.  So far so good.Well, the pedicure itself was nothing great.  At all.  It felt like 20 minutes.  Tops.  We didn't even get to soak our feet long in the warm water before they started working on us.  Normally, I feel like you sit for 5 minutes or so.  Relaxing.  Your feet soaking.  Then, there was hardly any massaging by the staff.  They slathered on some lotion.  Rubbed it in.  And went on their way.The final person in our group was finishing up (note, our "group" was only 3 people).  Since no clients were waiting, we sat in the massage chair to let our polish dry.  Well, one of the ladies kept coming over and was super awkward.  Eventually, after her 4th time stopping by, she asked us to get up.  Now, in a normal situation, I am fine getting up - especially if new customers are waiting (which there weren't).   However, how she approached us and just handled the situation was really awkward.  She wasn't mean, she just made us feel really uncomfortable.If you're in a pinch, this place will work.  Just don't expect good/friendly service. Clean establishment; bright and open BUT my daughter was getting her nails done and the lady doing her nails actually answered her personal cell and was having a conversation with the caller for a good 15 minutes while still doing my daughter's nails. I went here for a set of gel nails.. which I did not receive. I paid for gel but I received acrylic.. and poorly done at that.. the man was older and VERY rude.. did not disinfect my hands or do anything to my cuticles.. I had never had fake nails in my life so I did not know better :(  he put sloppy huge blobs of the liquid/powder mix and basically left me with huge thick globs on top of my nails.. completely MURDERED my nail beds with that dremel tool thing..  from what I'm reading gel nails are not supposed to have a strong odor.. this was.. I paid 45 for garbage and to be treated like shit by this man... this man needs to be fired.. NEVER GO HERE. Read Less

This is not my usual nail salon, but my mother in law got me a gift certificate for a mani/pedi here since its close to my house and she wanted to surprise me. This was one of the worst salon experiences of my adult life (I have had A LOT) First, I asked if they could do the mani first b/c I like to have my nails dry longer (since they get more easily messed up reaching for my keys, wallet, etc) He told me NO. That was strike one. The other women were offered a beverage, I was not. Then i apparently didn't put my foot up the way he liked and if looks could kill I would be a goner. The stare he gave me you would think I kidnapped his first born child. I was confused and was told "How do you expect me to polish your toes when you put your foot like that?" Since he either didn't understand my directions about putting on one coat and then the sparkles OVER the first color, he just kinda did his own thing and painted my toes in sparkles and my nails in the regular color I gave him. I had to actually TELL HIM to cut the cuticles on my toes. Massage was basically non-existent. He told me after 10 minutes of drying my nails were dry (they weren't) and my thumb got messed up. I would rather walk around with a messed up nail than ask him to fix it and get another rude stare or have him curse at me in another language to the other workers. This is the first time in a LONG time I didn't leave a 20% tip, and I don't feel bad about it. I'm sorry if I somehow inconvenienced you by asking you to do your job and be semi-pleasant about having a customer come in. If I had another free mani/pedi I still would not return here, it was  that bad. Read Less

I've been getting my nails done at Pro Nail Salon for years and the guy who did my nails quit so another guy in the salon has been doing my nails for a few weeks. He is way to fast and my nails are thick, lumpy and uneven. I would not reccommend Pro Nail Salon to anyone because the guy who is doing my nails is supposed to be the best since he owns the shop! I now have to pay another salon to fix his mistakes!! Read Less

This is my go to spot when I visit my parents for the weekend. I like going here because it is nice, clean, and they do a good job. I have gotten pedis and manis (just a clean up on my hands and then have also gotten the gel/no chip polish on my hands - and I really liked it!). My mom also frequents this location and she enjoys it as well. We stopped in this past Mother's Day and it was packed and they seemed to handle the flow very well. I would recommend them! Read Less

Stopped in today after getting very high recommendations from a family member to a mani/pedi. I had called and made an appointment ahead of time but since it was in the middle of the day during the week I really could have just walked in and been fine. I had a relaxing spa pedi and mani and she did a very nice job. The water was a little too hot when I first put my feet into the tub but she very quickly adjusted it to a more comfortable temperature for me. She told me that they are usually very busy on Fridays and Saturdays so I choose the right day to come in. The shop appeared very clean and well staffed. I would go back again. Read Less

Stopped in on a whim a couple weeks ago on a Sunday and was able to get in right away.  Clean place, nice decor, big tv w/CNN on.  Had a relaxing spa pedi and mani; he did a nice job.  Lots of stations for hands...I wonder how many people work there and what it's like when it's busy.  Saw they also did eyebrows there too for a reasonable price. I was there and asked her to do my nails short...she filed one down, which was fine, then did all the others long. I asked if she'd shorten them, she said ""yes"", then never did, and gave me attitude. I told them I wouldn't come back, they said ""good"".
