I arrived at 9:30 opening time. The salon was full. I asked if they could do a mani pedi and how long the wait was. They told me 15-20 minutes. It’s now been 55 minutes and they have not started. They put me in a pedicure chair 15 minutes ago and had me soaking my feet. My feet are now prunes and water is cold. This is my first visit here. I noticed people that have made appointments coming in and they are waiting also. The girls next to me that made an appointment have been waiting 30 minutes so far and they had an appointment. They need to manage this place better and just be honest with people. If the wait is going to be an hour just say it. But then I feel if they told you to come back in an hour your probably would still be waiting. No I will not be back. I like platinum nails in Muskego.

The woman at the front desk, I believe she is the owner, is very rude. She quoted me three separate prices and spoke to me like I was remedial; when asking for clarification, she would respond in a loud obnoxious manner, with a demeaning undertone as if the higher the prices, the less likely I would be able to afford the service. I did not feel welcome there at all. She even had the nerve to approach me and re-state the overall price twice as someone else started my pedicure, as if now would be the opportune time for me to be honest with myself that I could not afford this establishment and leave. I should've left then and there but the other woman had already started my feet. I watched her interactions with the other clientele, she did not treat them in the same demeaning manner, smiling and providing soda and water unprompted. I was never offered a drink like everyone else-it was only until a separate nail tech came over to begin my manicure that I was offered one after my pedicure. The only reason for the 3 stars is because the nail techs did a good job. For 95 dollars to be treated like an unwanted outsider every step of the way was disheartening. All in all, it was a baffling disappointment that would have been a 5 star experience had the manager conducted herself appropriately. She definitely needs a lesson in egalitarian customer service. It is unlikely I will be back.

Terrible customer service. I went with my daughter we were both seated and another customer came in with a larger request and my daughter was skipped over. She had to ask for something to drink after we waited a half hour for services. We were barely acknowledged and when I determined we were leaving they were trying to convince us to stay.

This place is a joke. I spent over $50 on a set of acrylics & they messed them up. I tried getting them fixed & they refused to. They were extremely rude & unprofessional. I'll never be back.

I have been to almost every nail salon in the area and none of them have stuck very long as to I’m extremely particular with my nails. Orchid opened up about a year ago and have been a happy customer ever since! I literally recommend them to everyone! Excellent customer service, great nail techs, all the shellac colors to choose from! I get acrylics, and have them filled about every 3ish weeks and I NEVER left unsatisfied! Very clean & professional inside and they even give you a complimentary beverage while you get your service done! 💁🏻♀️

Fantastic customer service! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my estimated wait time was accurate. The lady who did my nails (manicure & pedicure) really took her time & paid attention to detail. She was super sweet to talk to, but didn't talk too much, so I got to enjoy the relaxation aspect of my mini spa day They opened less than a year ago, and I'm so glad I have them a shot. This will definitely be my new go-to spot. Prices were fair....pedicures started at $28, and I believe manicures around $20? I did the gel polish for both and only paid $70 which I thought was very fair. I will highly recommend this place

Today was my first time visiting this nail salon. I am very particular about my nails and I always have a hard time finding a nice nail salon with good service. I was greeted immediately and was asked what I was looking to get done. The salon has a wide variety of shellac polish and is a very attractive and clean salon. Tony was my nail tech and he did a really nice job not huring me while he was taking off my old nail set. He did a beautiful job with the application and filing of my tips to the way I like them shaped. I will definitely be coming back again!

Today was my first time visiting this nail salon. I am very particular about my nails and I always have a hard time finding a nice nail salon with good service. I was greeted immediately and was asked what I was looking to get done. The salon has a wide variety of shellac & regular polish, and is a very attractive and clean salon which is a plus. Tony was my nail tech and he did a really nice job not huring me while he was taking off my old nail set. He did a beautiful job with the application and filing of my tips to the way I like them shaped. I will definitely be coming back again!

This was my first time here and it's a beautiful salon, very nice and cozy, but the tech cut me during a pedicure, I spent the whole pedicure with a bleeding, stinging toe and her trying to stop the bleeding, not a very enjoyable experience, and still had to pay full price!! I don't know if I'll be back.

After searching for a new nail salon, I stumbled across this beautiful salon. I went in at 9:30am, was seated really fast and had a wonderful experience!! Pricing was similar to my old salon. I didn't feel rushed and everyone was super friendly!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new nail salon. They also offer waxing services and pedicures.

This place was fantastic! I flew in town from California to spend time with my mother. I received a deluxe pedicure with a design and a manicure. It was the best pedicure and design I have ever received. The prices are extremely affordable. The employees all spoke English and were very fun to chat with. The massage chairs were great, and the nail polish didn't chip for weeks. I wish I had this place in my town.

I arrived at 9:30 opening time. The salon was full. I asked if they could do a mani pedi and how long the wait was. They told me 15-20 minutes. It’s now been 55 minutes and they have not started. They put me in a pedicure chair 15 minutes ago and had me soaking my feet. My feet are now prunes and water is cold. This is my first visit here. Terrible customer service. I went with my daughter we were both seated and another customer came in with a larger request and my daughter was skipped over. Orchid opened up about a year ago and have been a happy customer ever since! I literally recommend them to everyone! Fantastic customer service! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my estimated wait time was accurate. The lady who did my nails (manicure & pedicure) really took her time & paid attention to detail. Today was my first time visiting this nail salon. I am very particular about my nails and I always have a hard time finding a nice nail salon with good service. I was greeted immediately and was asked what I was looking to get done. The salon has a wide variety of shellac polish and is a very attractive and clean salon. Tony was my nail tech and he did a really nice job not huring me while he was taking off my old nail set. This was my first time here and it's a beautiful salon, very nice and cozy, but the tech cut me during a pedicure, I spent the whole pedicure with a bleeding, stinging toe and her trying to stop the bleeding, not a very enjoyable experience, and still had to pay full price!! I don't know if I'll be back.

This place was fantastic! I flew in town from California to spend time with my mother. I received a deluxe pedicure with a design and a manicure.
