The experience here had went down hill in the last year. The owner Paul, thinks everything is funny and when you tell him something is messed up or crooked he gets an attitude with you. Today he yelled at my daughter, in front of all the customers in the store. She sent me pics of her nails while she was still there. I called and asked Paul what the problem was, he hung up on me, while yelling at my daughter telling her she was taking too much time. This is unprofessional business especially when you are paying for a service!!!! Had a appointment at 6, they had me in a got soak until 6:36 my feet were prunes! They close at 7 and did finish my mani and pedi but it was rushed and my nails are not symmetrical. I don't mind not having a conversation during services but the lady doing my nails did not say a single thing or tell me what to do with my hands or feet. I can only imagine how it would have turned out if I had never gotten my nails done before and didn't know what to do. I will not be gong back. Read Less

The first time I was here was wonderful got a beautiful manicure for a really good price. Then I made the mistake of coming back. Made an appointment for 5 o'clock at 5:25 the gentleman that was supposed to do my nails still wasn't there and when I said I had to leave they just all kind of looked at me and shrug their shoulders.
