Unprofessional, rough, and sloppy service is an understatement. I walk in around 1036 to three people working and two not actively providing service to a customer. No one greets me but all three stare until I say hello and declare the service I'd like. I am seated with a gentleman who starts working on my nails and there are no questions regarding what I want, designs, shaping or anything. The other lady with a customer asks if I want a color, I say yes, she asks, "gel or regular". I say and chose a gel color within seconds and then the guy working on me stops working on my nails to start texting and making calls. He stops service five or six times to talk abd text until he decides I need a full set instead of a fill. I tell him to cut it all off because I want them short. I'm not doing an "upsell" with someone so inattentive and preoccupied with texting and making calls instead of completing my service. He finished the acrylic set then "washed" the acrylic brush in the solution by repeatedly dipping and squeezing the excess back into the same dish he just used on my nails and those of countless others. He decides he is done around 1117 and tells me to wash my hands and go to the next lady. He has his phone glued to his hand, walks off, and continues talking. My nails look misshapen, uneven, lumpy and gross. I could do that to myself for free but I digress. Before I sit down I tell her I want these shorter. She scoffs, rolls her eyes and then scolds me stating "you should have told him that before he finished." The other customer spoke up in my defense stated "she did." I also state that I did. She files my nails short and "squares" the shape. It's better but some uneven shapes and lengths. She then paints them fast and sloppily and uses her fingernails to scrape off and pull off bits of excess nail polish! I'm done around 1123 with no massage, oil, lotion, or anything but wiping alcohol on my nails. I pay then tip after receiving a stamp card for repeat services/visits. There is polish on my cuticles, unfinished sides, and uneven application of polish on my nails giving the appearance of being "thin" in some areas. I walked out and typed this review as soon as I could because that "experience" was unbelievable. (So please excuse typos and grammatical errors!) Come and visit if this treatment is acceptable for a paid service or do as I will and go somewhere else! Read Less
