DONT EVER COME HERE The guy who did my nails did a horrible job. My cuticles are ruined. He had the audacity to ask me to pay him beforehand .....rushed. Don't, just don't. I went yesterday on a whim and I regretted it instantaneously. It was a Tuesday night so things weren't very busy. I don't need my nail technicians to talk to me, I don't mind if they're to themselves; however, I can't stand rude and that he was. I got a full set and the whole ordeal was physically painful.When the technician used the glue to set the nail he put so much that the excess literally spilled onto my finger and under my nail. He cut my natural nails so short that the nail was actually glued to my skin. Instead of making an effort to clean it off he let it dry like that. When it came time to file the nail he used the edge of the filer to pry the nail from my skin (all 10 fingers). I expressed my discomfort (It f****ing hurt) but at this point I just wanted to get it over with. After he used the same file to remove the glue from my cuticles, also painful. I bled from under my right thumbnail. He didn't seem to care that it was hurting me. I'm aware that there can be some discomfort from time to time but this was horrible. Before he painted my nails he asked for payment which is customary to preserve the fresh polish, but after he painted the nails he literally walked out of the store, without saying anything to me. Then to top things off a fan space heater was used to set the gel and the polishes. For an establishment in the mall, and the price they charged I expected a hell of a lot more. For those who have had a good experience here maybe I was unlucky, but I'll never come back here.Ps There is still glue on my finger tips that I'm currently trying to remove without damaging the nail. Horrible place to your nails done! Went there a yesterday for a fill the guy ended up taking all my nails off as if it was a full set when it was just a simple fill. I had asked for coffin nails he did complete opposite, the guy was focused more on the t.v. and phone rather than MY NAILS!!!!! Just a horrible HORRIBLE place to get them done! Read Less

If you want to be disappointed QUICK and be out of at-least $40 COME here. Some people are honestly better than others. And it sucks that you can’t rate individual people BUT 7/10 times yes 7/10 times they have done a TERRIBLE job. Half the people there are blind. Literally. We need upgraded nail techs. I go to Four Seasons about every three weeks for an acrylic fill with gel polish.  The staff is nice and the work they do is great - I get a LOT of compliments on my nails!The salon itself is small and cramped.  Sometimes there is a wait, but you can always call for an appointment.  The prices are in line with other similar salons in the area. I actually just got my nails done from here. It's the first time in roughly 5 years. I have to commend the gentleman that did my nails. He is the first one that has not cut me. I have extremely small hands and he did an amazing job. I could tell he takes pride in his work because he keep checking every single nail. I will be going back to him. Read Less

Paid 45 dollars for a gel French manicure, When i sat down I said acrylic, never mentioned gel. When I put my hand in the gel dryer my hand was burning. Also the girl that did my nails seemed upset for doing french tip and seemed like she didn't want too, also had an attitude. She left the shop before even finishing my nails, a guy had to put the gel and he seen that there was things on my nails and tried to rub them off like I couldn't see. There air bubbles in my nails and bumps. Came here before and they rushed and didn't take their time. Wanted to give this place a second chance but let me down. This place isn't even worth 1 star. WORST place I've ever been to. The guy was so rude, and kept burning my fingers. I kept telling him it hurt but he didn't care. Used to come here every two-four weeks. Didn't get my nails done for a while and I've been back twice. Every time they tell me there is a ten minute wait, but realistically it is 30+ minutes. The staff is rude. When they are tending to your nails, they are rough and it can become painful, but they don't stop or apologize. The place isn't the cleanest either. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I went here a few times for acrylics, and I don't even understand how they're still in business. First of all, EXTREMELY false advertisement. They have a sign in their window that says "$25 full set, $15 fill". So tell me why I was charge $40+ for acrylics? And $45+ for a fill two weeks later? Also, they tell you that they do shellac, but don't have any CND products. Second of all, they have hand labeled jars and unmarked products they use on you so that they can scam you into paying $10 extra for upgrades that don't actually exist, and try to charge you more for things that shouldn't be charged for, like for a little bit of extra length. Ridiculous. AND, they are far too rough with those nail drills. They shave your nails down and make them painfully thin, damaging your natural nail bed, and the lady doing my nails drilled into my cuticle and cut me. In fact, two of my three visits resulted in cuts from the nail drill. They are unprofessional con artists, and they don't deserve to be in business. Read Less

Horrible place. They do not speak English and talk in Chinese or Korean to each other and it seems like they are talking about you or laughing at you... just very rude. I've come here off and on for years. Today, Ann did my full set of gels. Charge was $45, and they are beautiful!  She took a lot of time shaping them and making sure that polish edges were neat. No cuts (I've had some rough filing here by other nail techs).  Perfect!  I will request Ann and schedule an appointment since wait times are still long. Five stars for Ann, four stars for the salon. They need more (and cleaner) seating options for the very small waiting area. Read Less

Now I understand why the "cutter" is still working in the nail salons. Danny is the owner's brother. Go figure!!! He can cut whoever and won't get fired!! When someone starts a lawsuit against the company. Remember to wear a wire/camera because this Dan is a cocky guy.As he stated to me when he cut me "you can't prove it!" I was really disappointed with my mani and peti. The tech was distracted with helping multiple customers and could have done a better job if she had taken her time and focused. I went to the restroom and when I returned she was doing another customers nails. Weirdly unprofessional. To my dismay, the mani started to chip the second day. *Do not go to the tech with the diva hair cut and red dyed hair, she's thin and wears glasses--she's nasty.*When you get your mani-pedi in a mall, you don't expect too much but the attitude from the nail tech that I had was pitiful and worthy of the toilet for sure. All the other techs in this salon seemed to be so pleasant and professional, so I guess I drew the short straw as a walk-in :(Prior to painting my nails, she asked for a tip.  This was after she told me to get my own paper towel to dry my hands at the sink.
