I received a gel manicure that wasn't completely set before the second layer was applied. This caused the manicure to crack and ooze nail polish a day after leaving the salon. Upon my third trip to the salon to fix another nail I expressed my displeasure and frustration with having to continue to come back. The owner told me that it was neither her fault nor mine and that she could fix my nails but not give me a refund or credit towards a manicure in the future. It was by far the worst manicure I have ever received and over 4 trips to the salon they had redone the entire manicure a second time. Even worse than the botched manicure was their unwillingness to work with me or make me happy. After everything they wanted to charge me $10 to take my polish off. Nancy and Steven do an awesome job! I have been to many nail salons in Green Bay with not the best experiences. I walked in to ViVi Nails this morning and explained my frustration. Steven listened and went right to work on my nails. Nancy did my pedi and french tipped my nails. My acrylic nails look real and the french tip could not be more perfect. I was not rushed through my appointment because they wanted to do their job correctly. This is the best place for many reasons. If you have to wait due to them being busy, it is so worth the wait. A big waste of $75.00, myself along with another person went in for a pedicure. We both chose the $35.00 pedicure. It was a huge let down from the start. The water was lukewarm, I wasn't given much time to even soak my feet. The lady did not go around any of the sides of my nails. Two days later my polish had already chipped off. The massage chairs were nothing but a joke. We couldn't feel it most of the time and when we did it was very soft. I even asked politely if she (the lady doing my pedicure) could show me how to set it for the right setting I was looking for. Although they were nice I will not be returning again. I would have given them a good review til this past May when I got a pedicure from them & got toenail fungus from there they must not have sanitized their foot soak tubs because per my google investigation that's how you get it & I don't swim in public pools or take showers in public places & it was under the nail polish they put on my toenails :( Read Less

They never changed the towels from one person to the next. They used the same equipment without cleaning it first. The guy was rather rude to people that walked in. I went in for a gel french tip and have specs of other peoples nail polish or something. Definitely never going back. Read Less
