I've come here multiple times and my nails ways turn out beautifully! If you go there often they know your name and greet you by name when you walk in. The atmosphere is always very nice and I've met some cool people while getting my nails done. I would highly recommend going here. Read Less

I absolutely LOVE this place. I look forward to my regular visits for my shellac manicure. I used to go to another salon but my friend brought me here one time and Ive never gone anywhere else since. Everyone is friendly, it’s a laid back and relaxing environment. The staff listen to what you want and make it happen! Terrible service. They kept messing up my nails and then tried to make me over pay and extra 5$ for their mistakes. Highly uncomfortable enviroment. Noy to mention they didnt even put me under the nail dryer, 65$ later. Will never go back. Waste of money Read Less

I don't recommend this place to anyone!!! This my friend's suggested nails place. We have been sitting here for over an hour, even though they say that we will be soon... the older gentlemen who helped me told me I couldn't get French tip because my nails were uneven or too short??? They have thinned out regular polish to trick you into paying for Gel Polish. They left my nails very sharp on the edges. I asked for a pedicure and got a color change. I was so frustrated with cheap color I didn't bother to get the full pedicure! The massage chair was good. Service was like you get what you pay for. Not good for business! Beware of the colors with out numbers! SMH! New York at least does it better! Won't go again ever! Read Less

Came as a walk in, they told me it'd be a 15 wait. I was fine with that. They sat me down while a young woman files my gel polish off. Then she asked me to move to another station; she continued to file my acrylics. The tool was super hot and she was very rough, not looking at me once since I sat in her station. She then just gets up and walks away and starts working on someone else. No one says anything to me for over 5 minutes. Finally once again I'm told to move to another station. The young man apologized and finished my nails (no polish because after over a hour, I had to leave). He did do a pretty good jobs on my fill but the customer service was horrible. Read Less

I would just like to say that I had a wonderful experience at USA Nail Salon! My mother took me for a mani/pedi for my birthday and I found their staff fun and very capable. They did a great job on my nails and the prices were very reasonable. We will be visiting them again soon!!! Read Less
