I tried a nail salon closer to my near home rather than driving an hour and half to my original nail salon.. (guess I will be making the long drive) I was not impressed with my experience. I made an appointment for 11AM but was not waited on until 11:45AM then had to soak off the polish I had on, as this is the procedure. The technician helping me did not speak to me until the end of my awful experience so she could apologize for the long wait. I left the salon at 12:53PM. I talked with the person at the check out about my experience cause he wanted me to sign up for a rewards program and I said "no, I'm never coming back here" and explained why I was not satisfied with the service. He explained they will make changes about the soaking process (which I didn't care about) I care that it took 2 hours rather than the 45 minutes-an hour I was planning for. Read Less

This was the first time going here and I took my mom and my two sisters with for some us time. We were very impressed with the experience. We all got pedicures and loved the customer service there! Everyone was extremely sweet and great at their jobs. I normally feel like I am being rushed when I show up at a nail salon but these amazing people were paitent and took their time. Only gotten my nails done once in Green Bay and did a poor job but when I came here they fixed everything and made my nails look so beautiful and made me feel so comfortable. I used to go often in the past, but with time being busy stopped. Went in today as a walk in, great service. They were busy so surprised the female owner and others were juggling so many and doing a great job. Not one unhappy person and they were accommodating with time crunch I had to pick up my kid. After a terrible, ugly, and painful experience and outcome at "attractive nails spa" I came here very timidly, and they blew me out of the water. Daniel took off the horrendous previous acrylics with little to no pain, and applied the new ones PERFECTLY. Everything matched and he even paid attention to the backs of my nails, which I've never experience anywhere else. Only been a week, got gel and already grown out. He never put the polish up to my cuticles. Feet are peeling and I have a rash on the top of both my feet. My friend came as well and hers are chipped already very dry and also received a rash that itches so bad that the entire top of her foot is covered in scabs. I visit my mom in FL whom have SNS nails. Since then, I have just discovered this salon does SNS in Green Bay, Wisconsin? lol. It is not my norm to review, however Antonio - my new BF Nail Tech and he is really an artist, in my opinion. He just did a set of French Tip SNS and a floral designs...they are so pretty, durable and believably light weight. This manicure should last me 2-3 weeks. Pay $45 for a full set. Really enjoyable treatment. The shop is clean and salon doesn't smell like a nail salon at all. Members of staff that I interacted with were friendly and nice and helped me when I was confuse about what colour for my nails. I had my nails done here last year. The lady was rude and didn't want to do what I asked. She gave me an attitude the whole entire time. You could hear the sound of her nagging in her native language. This was a horrible place. I do NOT recommend. She even charged me for higher services because she used sparkle nail polish. I had my 1st experience here yesterday and it was overwhelmingly positive! The staff are attentive to each client, they listen & communicate, they're friendly, fun, and really strive to deliver a good result & overall experience. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, attention to detail, and beautiful results. I can't ask for more! Definitely make an appointment if you want to get in, and even then expect to wait a good 30 minutes if they're busy. Be patient. Remember that the same time and focus they're giving the clients will be given to you when it's your turn. The wait will be worth it. I had my nails done here about a month ago. I was a walk in but they managed to fit me in, I didn't anticipate the holiday rush on a week day. This was my first visit but I had brought an inspiration picture just to see if it was possible. I got acrylic like I normally would but the tech didn't try to shape them and cut me several times. And since there wasn't any communication happening, my picture couldn't be achieved even though she attempted it... I picked out a grey but somehow pink and grey ended up on my nails? I would never return to this salon. First, the salon is very dirty; carpet is stained, walls are splattered with who knows what and the gel machines are full of old nail polish. Most of the pedicure massage chairs are broken and the employees don't help you turn them on or adjust them. Only 1 employee speaks English and must interpret for everyone else. I felt rushed, like there wasn't time to do my nails, even though I had an appointment. It took less than 55 minutes for a ...spa pedicure and shellac manicure! My pedicure was so painful, I'm sure I'll have bruises on my legs from the leg "massage." The website says to call for party packages for bridal parties, which was why we chose to come here. Well, there are NO party specials and when asked about it, the employees state they know nothing about it. The website has pricing listed, yet somehow they don't follow it. Don't believe the pricing on the website or posted in the salon. I was charged $40 more for a French manicure when it cleary states $35. I see $5 more for a polish change, but I didn't have any polish on when I came in and I filed and trimmed my own cuticles before coming in. Also, bring cash because you can't leave a tip on your credit card, that is if you even want to leave a tip. This was posted in the store, but not online, so how would a new customer know beforehand. I called about 15 minutes after they opened and asked to set an appointment. The person answering the phone sounded apathetic at best. My appointment was for a full set at 12. I showed up about 5 minutes early since it was my first appointment at this salon, and I wanted to make sure I didn't need to fill out anything for them. I signed in and waited until 12:30. No one greeted me or gave me an apology for the delay. I listened as the owner joke with the regular he was servicing that she waited over an hour for her appointment and why was she still there. They also joked as other potential customers called for appointments and were unhappy with availability. I was finally greeted by someone as I was getting up to leave. She had me sit and started to remove my polish. She got two fingers clean when she got up to help other customers. Maybe it's not fair to judge a salon on a busy Saturday early in summer, but I booked an appointment so I would get some undivided attention for a pricey service that then has regular follow up care. Once my technician was gone for another 5 minutes with other patrons, I quietly packed my things and left. If they couldn't even focus on getting my polish off, I'm not sure I want that same inattentiveness for the actual full set being applied. First time at this salon and I'll be back! The atmosphere was nice as well as all of the people who were working there. My nail tech had a great sense of humor and explained everything very well. My daughter was along and she had a pedi and said it was very good and was offered a complimentary beverage. I'll need to try a pedi next time too! Read Less

Went here for a girls day to get a pedicure. Very good customer service. Offered a complimentary beverage, including wine. It was very relaxing and I Enjoyed it very much. The only reason I couldn't give it a 5 star was because the guy was very rough with the metal file and didn't really get rid of my calluses and maybe  trimmed only 2 cuticles. The leg and foot massage however was very nice! Polish job was fine. Had a little polish on the skin of a few toes. Not horribly noticeable. I haven't had a pedicure in over 2 years so my feet were in pretty F* shape. I saw the reviews on YP and was so pleased to find a place in Green Bay well reviewed. I was a walk in client on a Thursday and they were able to help me right away. The ladies were just friendly and the pedicure price is RIGHT. The salon is very clean and lots of designs available. Absolutely adore this place! iElegant nails does the trick. They charge $30 for a pedi and can usually get me right in without needing an appointment. What's more, they are always seem pleased to see me when I walk through the door. iElegant nails girls are lovely and smiley - just a top notch service. My nails look fab all the time. While this place is not at all big and fancy, the staff is funny and terrific. I've been going to them every since they reopened with new management to get my mani and pedicures. The best thing about them that they're the ONLY place willing to take care of my ingrown toenails and they do a phenomenal job and pricing is very reasonable. Much better options available for Shellac than this place. First, they charge you an additional $10 if you want French tips. The going rate of any other place in town is $5 so trying to charge $10 is ridiculous. Second, my nails lasted all of 3 days before chipping. I typically make it 3 weeks before they start to show wear. However, all 10 of my nails are currently chipped and it's been 8 days since I got my shellac manicure.
