Worst experience I have ever had. The girl was in such a rush to leave that she peeled my cuticles back so far my fingers were bleeding. Then she proceeded to get polish all over my fingers so when they went under the light to dry they started burning terribly. This girl then did two coats of polish instead of three because she really wanted to leave. After she finished my nails she left the store before I did. Before I managed to leave the salon my shellac started peeling most likely due to the fact that the girl did not paint to the end of my nails which were already short. Another girl had to fix my nails because the original lady took off. I thought the issue was resolved but by the next morning when I woke up around 12 hours later my nails were already peeling. Used to go every week but will never go back. Male sanded three nails down to the skin underneath them while getting a fill. I had to ask for someone else to finish and he got mad at me and said if I wanted someone else, I need to make an appointment. My nails were in so much pain that I had them taken off, found out two of those nails he attached the nail to my skin that he sanded down to. My real nails are completely ruined with large chunks missing. Never ever ever again. Paid $45 to top it all off. Do not go here. Read Less

Love this place! Very professional, friendly, always very clean and the selection of color for Shellac is amazing. My Shellac has lasted 4 weeks but typically I want a new look and go in every 3 weeks. Read Less

husband and I both have had excellent service here in the past with T.  Today she was not there and our service was horrible.  Both paid for a pearl service and the tech didnt even do the same service on each leg.  talked and laughed with other staff and never engaged with us. very dissapointed. Awful - my friend made reservations for her bridesmaids and we showed up early and still ended up having to wait a good 30 mins to get our nails done. I asked for a design on my ring finger nail and it didn't turn out like the example I had chose. My friend wanted red tips and the manicurist didn't understand and she finally just caved and went with a regular French tip set. They do offer slight discounts if paying in cash versus card. Honestly unless you were getting more than one service it was really negligible. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I'd definitely not go back.
