Horrible service they were so rushed the girl girl didt let the layers of nail polish dry. when it was time to go they weren't dry and she said just to be careful on my way home not even a little touch on top of the nail cause it would leave a mark the nail was still mushy on top so many dents where noticeable. she was rude when i could understand what she was saying she didt repeat herself never again am i coming by! They did the acrylic nails beautifully but taking them off is a lot of work and rips ur actual nail. Also, they treated my real nails horribly they didn't shape them or fix them if they where uneven. Just one clip and done. Never getting my nails done there again. Read Less

I came this place yesterday and was satisfied by their enthusiasm. So amazing! I walked in and staff greeted me very politely. They brought to me soda for free and invited me to sit. They were professional and skilled. They made nail art for me so cute and services were very perfect. Clean and bright inside. The prices are reasonable. Definitely deserving of 5 stars! It was the worst salon I have ever gone to... my nails needed at least one more coat of color. They tried to charge me more for my granddaughter... a mani and pedi for $89. I caught it just in time ... I will never go back. Unfriendly and don't charge you correctly. Read Less

I have been going there for a few years now and I love it. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly! I love Hope, he is the best! I came here with my baby girls to get our nails done what a horrible experience my pedicure was literally 15 mins long no scrub she massaged my legs 2 minutes a piece! Hot towel ha nope hot rag that she wiped my leg now my nails came in for a fill he messed my white tips up so then he had to soak drill everything off a give me a gel mani and they had the nerve to charge me to take my nails off when I never ever wanted them off!!! So 41/2 hrs later and $115 later I'm pissed my back aces from sitting there so long 7 1/2 months pregnant never ever going back Read Less

Worst pedicure ever. My feet came out looking worse than when I went in.  The gentleman doing the pedicure watched TV most of the time he was doing it. I definitely will not go back to Elite nails. Please find a place with higher service standards! Your wallet and feet will thank you! Read Less

If I can put zero star I would, this place is by far the worst nail salon I've ever been to. Even if it's a mall salon, there should have been a certain standard. They're not clean even after they've cut your cuticle, there's no noted autoclave. They can't copy a picture even after they say they can do it, and they have the lousiest customer service! I was rushed because they were closing, the shellac manicure didn't come with a massage and when I asked he said "o can do it but we're about to close." Do not come here if you expect some pampering. Extremely disappointed in the service levels at Elite. What was supposed to be a luxurious treat turned into a miserable experience. While getting a manicure there tonight the nail technician tore my cuticle which was painful and bled profusely.  No discount or apology was offered. I am worried about an infection. I noticed after the fact that they do not have autoclaves or proper sanitation equipment. Lastly, the polish I requested for my pedicure was too 'oily'. I'm assuming they are mixing polish in the back and diluting them. This is not only false advertising, but it compromises the quality of the polish. I realize this is a cheap nail salon located in the mall, however I was expecting much more from Elite. 1 star. Will not return. Read Less

Afterwards they didn't clean up the sides of my nails, so I had polish on my skin. The color was very pretty, but despite drying adequately afterwards, I noticed dents in my polish a few hours later, which tells me the product never hardened. Typical mall nail salon. Mind boggling to me how the health dept doesn't watch these places closer. Not the cleanliest place I have been and the sanitation is sub-par. Was there to have my no-chip soaked off while in town for business and she had no patience to just allow the acetone to soak them off. She kept scraping to the point she was scraping my nail beds. The manicure after the soak off was so bad I had to go to shopko and buy remover and a bottle of polish to re-do them myself. I would not recommend this place. Read Less
