They will not take an appt, they ignore you when you walk in, they don't take customers in the order they came in, The let you sit there for half an hour without saying a word, if you're lucky you'll wait up to 20 minutes or more to be taken in. This place does not even deserve 1 star. Reason #1 They still use foot shavers. These are illegal and unsanitary. Surprised and scared, I asked the nail technician why she was still using them and she didn't understand my question/ignored me. Reason #2Their nail tools were not individually sanitized. The nail technician simply dipped the cuticle clippers gently in barbacide disinfectant and went on with her service. Reason #3The nail technician I had at least didn't even paint my toes correctly. What this means is, do not paint my cuticle or have the polish spill in the corners of the nails. Besides the entirely unsanitary and unsafe services, I wouldn't go back. No one said more than 5 words to my mom and I. I only went here because we heard good things but neither of us will be back. I would highly not recommend this place. Read Less

Absolutely TERRIBLE. The guy rushed me to find my color, didn't match my fingers up and got pissed when I asked him to make them look the same and threw his filer on the table and just stared at me with the most exaggerated look of annoyance. DO NOT GO HERE. He drilled my nails down so much that they all burned and jerked my hands around while ignoring my questions and requests. I'm now left with a giant blob of fallen acrylic on my thumb nail, nails that do not resemble eachother, and my pinky nail is almost pointing straight up toward the sky. And he still charged me 50$. I was literally shaking with anger and he didn't apologize one time. Awful man. He was laughing with his wife when I looked up and dropped the smile and gave me a dead stare as soon as I caught him. Just left getting a gel manicure. I typically don't give a bad review if something happens as isolated incident but this is the second time I've gone to get a manicure and the young man doing nails was so rude and short. I have received pedicures here in the past without issue. However, my last shellac experience was so negative that I will not be returning. The employee that did my nails was not paying attention to her work and was watching the door for new customers. She missed filing my nails before applying polish and when I mentioned the error, she blew me off. I should have stopped service at that point but gave her the benefit of the doubt and kept going. She did a terrible job on my shellac. One of my thumbs is wavy and she missed 20% of the nail surface on others. When I noticed the error and asked her to fix it, she got huffy and we had to go back and forth multiple times for her to get it right. The last straw was her attempt to fix an error and she was going to leave a huge seam in the polish. When I said, no I wasn't going to put them in the light with that error she literally stomped off and I had to ask the manager to fix the error. I was embarrassed in front of a full salon for asking that she fix her error correctly. The manager fixed the issue in a few seconds but did not apologize or offer any discount for my terrible experience. Green Bay has a competitive market for nail salons and I would recommend avoiding this one. Read Less

Thursday, April 7, at 7:00 pm, I came for a mani/pedi. I was charged $50. The work was done by an older man who did not speak English. I was never shown a price chart or told the price of the services. But, it was a terrible job, at any price. The gel polish was peeing off by Tues. Anyway, I was not given a foot massage, hand massage, lotion, leg massage - nothing. He just painted and then charged me. I will never go back. I have been going to this establishment off and on for years. I have just paid for the worst experience I've ever had. I went in for a mani-pedi, I really only needed a manicure, but decided to treat myself. First the pedicure. The water was lukewarm at best, ok, manageable. The massage was only on my shins, did not include my feet and honestly my six year old gives a better massage. Looking at my feet after the service and they don't even look like I got a pedi, except for the polish(which did happen to find its way onto my toes). Now for the mani, I asked for a French tip, square shaped gel (shellac). I might be the only one, but I HATE round shaping - I've only done square for the last 15 years.  Well suffice to say when she finished shaping the first hand and checked it was too late.  It's kinda like wanting hair out back on after a haircut - just doesn't work. I made an appointment so my daughter, my friend and I could all get Pedicures together.  When we arrived, they did not have 3 chairs together.  So my daughter and my friend sat next to each other and I sat 3 chairs away.  The lady that did my pedi was really good and I enjoyed the experience.When we were together with our toes drying, my daughter showed me some stains on her shirt.  The guy who did her pedi dropped the clear polish and it sprayed on my daughter's shirt.  She said he didn't even address it, but looked at the stain and spoke to the other technician in their native tongue.  Not sure that i will return. Had an appointment with a specific person who was recommended... He did a great job on the actual manny/peddy, but horrible job painting my nails.. he put on a base coat, two coats of color and a third ornamental color, and then a top coat. I sat there ten minutes under driers and they were pretty good.. but six hours later.. i took off my flip flops and put on crocks and when i pulled my foot out of my shoe, the whole top of my big toe was smeared off. Today, all of it is lifting up all gooey... Not to mention that it really wasn't pretty... i just wanted gold french over my my chocolate polish... he did the french lines very thickly. I think if it wasn't going to work out good, he should have said something to me when I chose the colors. $65 with tip... take off $25 for the bad paint job... $40 worth of good work. Read Less

Tall Asian male was rude. I got a pink and white set and while he was trimming my cuticles the drill was very hot. I was flinching and he told me to relax. I told him he was knicking me and that it hurt. He responded that he wasn't hurting me, I'd be BLEEDING and that he was only trimming my cuticles. It was scarey! I had my nails done here for my wedding and they were fantastic! I had originally booked at another nail salon but they didn't have my reservation. I called here and they were able to take us right away. The prices are great, the service is wonderful, and the finished product is phenomenal! I won't get my nails done anywhere else anymore. I should preface this review with the caveat that I've only had my nails done a handful of times...  Nice staff, one of the cleanest and well-maintained nail salons I've been to in Green Bay. For a mani and pedi it was only $50 (for a gel mani!) which I thought was a fair price. Read Less
