My nail tech was very nice. Although it took her a good 30 minutes just to take my previous nails off and an hour and 15 to put the new ones on. I had had my nails done for a week and two have just fallen off. My nails look like they are grown out because she put them to far forward. I went with my mom to get a mani/pedi. The interior was gorgeous! Everything was clean and well maintained. However, when it came time to trying to relay what I wanted done, the language barrier became an issue. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened here in regards to asking for no shellac and then receiving shellac. This time at least I saw the UV light come out and told re-iterated that no, i do NOT want this done. Other than that, the deluxe pedicure was wonderful, good leg massage, lotion, scrub and hot stones. The paint job was done well also. Just a little bit of a language barrier. Read Less

If you're looking for a quick pedicure this is the place to go. I have this place a second chance thinking it would be better but no. I basically paid $43 for someone to paint my toenails! They barely scrub callas off nor take care of cuticles. I like to get pedicures to treat myself and get a massage considering I work on my feet all day. Came here with a wedding party before the wedding. The woman rushed the entire time even though we had appointments. Chopped my toe nail only on one side and then filed it crookedly. The second layer of polish was only done on parts of my finger nails. When they filed my finger nails they left them super jagged. I mentioned something and she told me that it was my skin??  Worst experience ever. Never going back. Went directly to another nail salon and had them done flawlessly. I was looking for a new place since I moved away form the city.  I think the prices are good/fair here and the salon is clean.  You never really know about those plastic sleeves over the remote control for the massage chair though...?!  Someone here mentioned that the woman doesn't speak English and takes you to the chair.  I had the same experience. I got the 'wave' signaling, come back here, give me your polish...  I followed her but wanted to make sure I was getting the right type of pedicure so I wasn't charged for the more expensive version.  She got help from someone that does speak English and we clarified that we were on the same page for what I was requesting.  She did a nice job with the pedicure and was fast.  Since she didn't speak the same language, I didn't have to worry about someone talking too much, since I like to do my own thing during a pedi.  I will be returning here. The woman doing my manicure and pedicure did a really nice job and was very friendly on top of that. There were a couple times she checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable, which I appreciated. I received gift certificate from group of friends. I am a cancer patient and was going through chemo and radiation so I could not use certificate and it expired. I went in just to have polish done on toes and they refused to honor certificate, even with extenuating circumstances. I wouldn't go there now even if they offered me every service at no charge. I go here once a month to get my nails done (gels).  The staff are really friendly and helpful.  They go out of their way to help my handicapped mom so she can still have pretty nails.  They also are always willing to let me experiment with different colors and styles than the usual pink and white French manicure.  They also offer pedicures, where you can sit in some wonderful massage chairs and really relax.  I get my brows waxed there, too. I have tried to get my nails done three times in other salons and have never been as impressed with the quality of the nails or the service. Read Less

Went here with a friend for a pedicure. Paid for the "extra" work since it was spring and the feet hadn't been displayed in a while. Honestly I do a better job at home. Nice chairs and set up so I'll probably return but I won't expect much next time. Read Less
