Not sure how everyone rates this so well! Made an appointment for 2 manicures a week in advance. We were a few minutes early to pick out colors. They rushed 1 of us along to get started. I said we made an appointment so we could sit together. The lady could have cared less. I went 1st, and even though there was an open chair next to me, they sat someone else there, a walk-in, and when the employee finally got there, they sat my friend 3 spots away. Typical manicure, nothing special. Nothing great about the facilities either. Average cleanliness, not overly impressed. I scheduled an appointment with Li at Lyly's Nail Spa to have a particularly painful ingrown toenail attended to at the suggestion of my wife who is one of their regular customers. I was able to get an appointment for 4:00 pm that same day. Within 5 minutes of arriving, I was seated and comfortably soaking my feet in one of their several ultra modern pedicure lounging chairs. Because of the pain of my ingrown toenail, I was apprehensive, and started to explain the situation to Li, the pedicurist my wife had recommended. Li just assured me that she would take care of it and to just sit back and relax. She then proceeded to select a tool from a box of what looked like dental picks and manicure tools, and gently went to work excavating the ingrown. I won't say it was a totally painless procedure, but after the rest of the pedicure was completed, l left completely pain free! Now I know why my wife loves the place. I strongly recommend it. I had my second appointment with Samin today to get an infill and colour and absolutely love my nails. I've had my nails done in various different places and this is the first time I've ever returned to a salon for an infill due to the fact that they were put on so well in the first place and I didn't get that annoying stage with the edges coming up so that anytime you put your hands through your hair, your hair gets caught. Do not go here the don't understand how to treat people.  I sat there for 30 minutes and a women walk in to the same service and they tell her to take a seat.  Not only was that the crudest shit I've ever seen they tried to make up some stupid excuse of your getting a fill and she's getting full services . Convenient location and was great when it first opened ten or so years ago. Now it is crowded and your best bet is to call in before you go so that you don't have to wait. Another advantage is the Starbucks in the same strip mall. It's great to go and grab a beverage to drink while I read month old people magazines while they do my nails. The prices are slightly high here. It is 42$ to get a mani pedi with no premium add ons. They really try and push the shellac manicures here, which I've done before but because it's a pain to get the shellac off and it ruins my nails I don't do it. It may not be the cleanest nail salon there ever was, but they wear gloves when they give pedicures and I've never heard of anyone getting an infection. Their selection of polishes could be better. There aren't a ton to choose from, and many other salons have full walls full. Most of the colors are just kind of boring dark reds. If you're into young and fun polishes I would suggest bringing your own. I always make sure to tip well here, at least 20% and in cash so that taxes don't get taken out of it. Read Less

I have my mani-pedis here and only here. Everything is very clean and the staff is wonderful. The owner, Van, is very professional and talented. She remembers her clients' names and is always welcoming. I recommend this salon to everyone. I even brought my young adult boys here for a MANicure (no polish.) Read Less
