I will never go here again, I went here two times and the guy doing my nails cut me both times to the point my finger was so sore and bleeding for a week. He also ripped me off when I asked for gel nails because I didn’t want the acrylic, but he gave me the acrylic nails anyways, with the price of the gel nails and I’m not talking about gel nail polish. Another time I came in to get my nails taken off and he was so pushy telling me to get new nails on and add more things, I said no thank you multiple times. Not impressed. Typically nail salons in a mall are so-so but they get you in and out pretty quick. It took about 45 minutes for a shellac application which in my opinion is pretty slow. The lady I had was very meticulous-great, but I think she was new so she took quite a while. Not the reason I'm unhappy. With the shellac polish, she put on a top coat, then another coat that for some reason left my nails looking cloudy. This sometimes happens to me if I've had the polish on for 2 weeks and the coats start to break down or if I get something on it, but it was immediately after the top coat that it was cloudy-and one of the main reasons I get shellac is because I want the shiny aspect of it. If you check out my pictures attached, it looks like the polish is matte. I know, I should have spoke up, but I wasn't sure if by washing my hands it would have done anything- it didn't. I won't be going here again, there's multiple other nail salons in Fondy that I have yet to try. Read Less

I will never go to four seasons again. I showed up and it took five minutes for anyone to even notice I was there. There was three employees working and only one customer there. I was in a hurry and unaware that Ts nails had moved so decided I'd go here. Worst decision I've ever made. My nails look like my three year old did them. Read Less

Got shellac put on my nails this morning and one of them peeled off before 3pm. Called the salon to ask for a refund and they refused. He stated it was a service and they would not offer a refund, only a redo of the nail. I explained it was a poor job and that I didn't want to waste my time again or have it happen again before the event and would get them redone elsewhere. The gentlemen again refused to refund my money. Will be disputing this charge through my credit card company. Terrible customer service. Read Less

I tried giving this place a second chance. Will never go back again!!! The lady was nice but she didn't do a good job at all. Jel is already falling off and my nails feel really thin as if I don't have the jel polish on. I'm so upset. Best service I've received in fond du lac by far! We stopped in after grabbing a bite to eat and all of the employees were so accommodating and kind! We had great conversations! I wouldn't recommend this salon. I got my eyebrows waxed by Michelle. She waxed my right eyebrow incorrect by taking more hair than needed. Now my right eyebrow is over further than its supposed to be. I explained this to Michelle. Her demeanor and gestures were very rude. Huffing, puffing, eye rolling, argumentative, smacking her leg. This is due to the fact I explained to her she messed my brow up. The guy in charge acted as if he didn't want to discount me. I should've gotten compensated for the inconvenience. I'm so upset. I got my eyebrows waxed here and they are so ugly I could cry. I asked her to just clean them up by waxing the bottom and that I wanted them thick still and I didn't want her to shape them. The first thing she did was cut the top of my eyebrows shaping them I said please stop doing that I don't want thin eyebrows and I don't want them shaped ... she did it again and I said please stop she said well now I need to clean them so they are even. They are so u even and ugly I couldn't believe they even offer this services ... I've called them twice for a refund and nobody has picked up. I'm so upset. I attended a wedding up nort'.  On the agenda before the wedding was a real quick stop to get the nails did.It's located inside a classic northern Wiscahnsin mall.  Outsiders might consider it a bare-bones, barely hanging in there mall...Kohl's is it's anchor.There was no wait when I arrived and my male manicurist easily up-sold me on a shellac manicure for $25, it was the Gelish brand.  Took less than 20 minutesThe mani was nice, the polish applied perfect and the price was unbelievable, don't ya know.  I'm still trying to find a nail salon that's not to spendy in my Chicago neighborhood that can come close to that price and quality.  I simply loved the look of the Gelish mani.  It was flawless for a solid week, looked good into the second week, but by the third week it was time to come off. Only experienced the Pedicure. So, I didn't feel 5 Stars was fair.Sat in a vibrating chair- had the basic pedi; that was more like Deluxe anywhere else I have been. Sea salt exfoliant, lower leg/feet massage, and hot towel too.I prefer French tip, with an extra cost.The gentleman was friendly, professional and quiet. No need to additional chit chat.
