I have been coming to USA Nails for over a year now. They are extremely good at last minute appointment requests and do a beautiful job. I am always greeted warmly by everyone and look forward to my pampering time here. I cannot say enough about Kitty and Kevin. They are awesome!

I just moved to the area, so before today, I had been getting my nails done by someone else for six years! To say I was nervous going somewhere else is an understatement! I was so worried that they would not do what I wanted. But my nails turned out awesome. The tech I had tonight was amazing! He was talkative, polite, and very accommodating. The color I chose didn’t turn out as I hoped, so he went and found one that was closer to what I wanted. He let me double check my nails at every step to make sure they were what I wanted, which was very comforting. And he did everything I asked without hesitation or attitude. I will definitely be going back - this might be my new usual place!

I go there all the time I love the people there they're nice they're very very friendly to you they get you in even if you don't have an appointment you might have a little weight but it's worth it

By far the best place to get your nails done in Eau Claire. They always listen to what I want and do there very best. They do charge extra for different shapeing but before they do anything they let you know how much it will cost. Huge selection of colors. Great atmosphere!

I was lucky enough to meet my nail tech and I don't go anywhere else. I tried 6 places before I was satisfied at USA nails. I love that all the employees try and make you feel comfortable. They always have good design ideas and they seem genuinely interested in what you have to say.

I will never go back. They charged me extra for taking off the nail polish from a competitor, 4 of my nails broke within a week, all of my nails are thin and brittle now, and they were extremely unpro...
I will never go back. They charged me extra for taking off the nail polish from a competitor, 4 of my nails broke within a week, all of my nails are thin and brittle now, and they were extremely unprofessional while doing my nails by trash talking the competitors. Extremely disappointed and angry that I paid $30, which was way overpriced.

Have been getting my nails done here for a while & have not had a problem with them til recently. I got a gel mani done there a little over a week ago and a few days after they started to turn a brownish/yellow color. When i called they said it had to be something i was using. Mind you i had the exact same color done on my toes a month prior and they are fine.

I had gel nails done for the first time ever in my life there on Friday. I'm not a girly girl but my daughter got married the next day so I had them done. My polish started peeling off today so I called them about the issue. They were SOOOOOO nice and apologetic! They got me in after I was done with work and did all my nails again - for free!!!!! Their customer service skills are wonderful! If I want to be a girly girl again, I will definitely be going to them. They were wonderful to deal with! :)

They are so understaffed. I came in at 1:30 on a Monday and was told to come back at 3:00. I got there at 3:03 and was told to pick my color and have a seat at one of the stations. I sat there for ano...
They are so understaffed. I came in at 1:30 on a Monday and was told to come back at 3:00. I got there at 3:03 and was told to pick my color and have a seat at one of the stations. I sat there for another 45 minutes. Mind you, I also had a 4 year old child with me that was waiting to get her nails painted. I would of left but I couldn't because one of the guys shaved my nails down (for acrylics) and then left me sitting there while he did another woman's feet. I was beyond pissed at this point. I did not get an apology or at least discounted the $5 it was to paint my young daughters nails. So ridiculous. I will never go there again. They turned so many people away in the time that I was there. No smiles on their faces and they seemed mad when people walk in. Take your business elsewhere! USA Nails

I normally get my nails done here, but the last couple of visits I haven't been happy. The ladies that work there are great, they have always been great with my nails, they are not the problem. There is a older guy that works there that I have been getting stuck with. He cut me around my nail beds with the nail instruments both times I was there. The first time it happened, I let it slide but then when it happened again,I was pretty much at that point upset and ready to find another place. The ladies there are great but I wouldn't recommend the guy. Needless to say, I want to still go there but I also don't know how I am going to tell the ladies I don't want him doing my nails.

I just moved to the area, so before today, I had been getting my nails done by someone else for six years! To say I was nervous going somewhere else is an understatement! I was so worried that they would not do what I wanted. But my nails turned out awesome. The tech I had tonight was amazing! He was talkative, polite, and very accommodating. The color I chose didn’t turn out as I hoped, so he went and found one that was closer to what I wanted. He let me double check my nails at every step to make sure they were what I wanted, which was very comforting. And he did everything I asked without hesitation or attitude. I normally get my nails done here, but the last couple of visits I haven't been happy. The ladies that work there are great, they have always been great with my nails, they are not the problem.
