Ive been to this salon several times and have had the same technician. I hate that she files my nails very short although i have asked her to keep them long. Part of the problem is she speaks very little English even though she has worked there at least 2 years. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. $85 and two toenails smudged later, nothing but regret. Contacted the spa to redo because  I had them done specifically for a wedding I was in the next day and was met with a very rude employee saying that they couldn't take me because they were too busy all day...try in a few days (wedding was next morning). Went so far as to ask if I could stop in and just redo myself as I could not go to the wedding with toes looking as poorly as they did. Answer was simply "No, call back in a couple days." This place has some critics, but I have always been pleased with the service and quality of manicure and pedicures here. I've visited Heaven Nails since 2013 when they were located across the street. The ownership is nice and it's relatively easy to walk in without an appointment. I particularly like the quality of their shellac and acrylic services. Your manicure won't last as long if you are tough on your nails and opt for regular polish, you get what you pay for. Read Less

This business gets a rating of zero stars! They are always in a rush and never talk to you...very rude and charge you extra for everything! The painting job is terrible and they put thickaning stuff in the paint to make it thick, but it's chunky and doesn't go on good. They never have a smile on there face and the petacure is not relaxing because they go so fast....also, you can barley understand them when they do talk which is very unlikely to happen..please do not go here worst experience ever!!! Go to creative nails and spa right best to Starbucks and across the street from festival...they are great unlike heaven nails and spa, which is not heaven..never going there again. Read Less

I like this place. They are kind to me and I usually laugh a few times while I am there. I like a quiet pedi to relax and pinterest for a few minutes and that is exactly what I get when I go. Kind people and free time. I never have any complaints about the end product and they have been kind enough to take me in at the end of the day when I mixed up the hours and basically walked in at closing time. Read Less

My husband and I sat next to each other and had 2 completely different experiences. His first pedi was just what it should be and I was glad for him. Mine on the other hand was terrible. Kevin never spoke to me, never used any lotion on my feet (isn't the massage one of the highlights of the pedicure? ), and I have nail polish and top coat all over my skin, not my nails. I would consider going back again as this is the first bad experience I've had, but I'd rather not waste my money to have Kevin do a lazy, sub-standard job. Just visited Heavan Nail & Spa for the first time on Saturday. Was totally impressed! Very Very Clean, and sanitary! Possible the best pedicure I have ever had! The steaming towels and the warm lotion were the best! I would highly recomend!!! Read Less
