Last month I got in the same day I asked for an appointment. I stated that it was a hair emergency. LOL
I had asked my former hairdresser for short hair for two months via 2 visits. She would not go short. My new girl, Anna, heard me and looked at the same picture I provided the prior girl and I got the hair I was asking for.
Going back tomorrow for my second visit. Will get my blue streak redone, hair cut short again and be ready for vacation!

Very disorganized. Had 1:00 appointment. Put me in her chair, next thing I realized she is working with another client. After 10 minutes, I asked her when I should come back? Then she started cutting my hair. She does a beautiful job, but next time, I will be sure that the appointment is for me only!

This was my first time going here. I had high hopes considering all the amazing photos of nails. Unfortunately, while the woman helping me was very kind, she did not know how to even paint nails. I left without my nails painted and gel polish residue all over the edges and underneath my nails. I had to go straight to work with my nails looking like this. I'm very disappointed. I hate to write this but I felt it was necessary considering how awful my nails look right now.

This was my first time going here. I had high hopes considering all the amazing photos of nails. Unfortunately, while the woman helping me was very kind, she did not know how to even paint nails.
