I was trying to find a "local" nail salon. I called to set up an appointment and she (sadly she didn't say her name when she answered the phone) asked if I had my nails done there. I was looking for a fix and cut down..
I told her no. Her exact words "I'm sorry I don't fix nails if you didn't have them done here. We're too busy." Well, if I could rate this salon a "0" star I would. How very rude!! How else do you establish business from new customers? Guess I'll take my big tips elsewhere.

They've never disappointed me with my pedicures. Polish lasts forever. My only word of warning is big spray will make a mess put of your pedicure which isn't their fault.

I made and appointment for my daughters 12th birthday for her and a few friends to get pedicures. When we walked in I was disappointed with how dusty and dirty everything was. The floors had looked like they were not vacuumed in weeks. The ceiling had a big whole in it. When they finally egnolaged that we were there they told us to wait. We then watched them not wash the pedicure tub after someone had just gotten done, and sat someone eles there. At that point we no longer wanted to get any type of service there. I'm not one to write review but that place was terrible!

I told her no. Her exact words "I'm sorry I don't fix nails if you didn't have them done here. We're too busy." Well, if I could rate this salon a "0" star I would. How very rude!! How else do you establish business from new customers? Guess I'll take my big tips elsewhere.
