I went and got my eyebrows waxed here recently, she sat me down and started hacking away. i told her to keep the thickness which was the very opposite of what she did. i am very disappointed and will not go back there to get them waxed. Read Less

It's okay, i got a really good pedi, until it came time for my French tips. The guy completely messed them up. I always get French, and ik doing it by hand is hard, but he trashed them. Had to get one color. Service is okay though, free water! Update: came to get my nails filled. I wanted them trimmed a little, the guy took way too much off and filed them crooked. I have been coming to this salon for over a year. The service my last 2 visits was horrible! Fast and sloppy. No attention to detail. Had nail replaced that snapped off because it was not properly glued during previous visit. New nail shaped totally different then other nails. Both times with nail techs I have never seen before. Tech tried to use dirty instruments while doing my nail. He went into his drawer and pulled out "clean" ones. He nicked me but I didn't notice until he sprayed my hands with alcohol. They're prices are dirt cheap but come with too many risks. This place looks and feels dirty. I won't be returning. Read Less

I been getting my nails done for years and I am very picky. Leo has been the best! He does a wonderful job! I have never had to complain once always walked out happy. I hadn't been for about a year. Had been doing my own feet, but was ready to do the Spa thing again. When I go it's more for getting rid of the callus-skin build up on the soles of the feet, versus the pretty polish. I got a lady who only greeted me. I had to keep enforcing her to please do more...and to use the electric nail smoother/file. She finally did. But she ignored me the first the requests. I stayed persistent. Not satisfied, because she could have done a better job... Earned herself a tip and a new customer. She tried to push for me to get the highest foot service, but I opted for the mid grade. It really wasn't relaxing because her customer service was way below expectations. She earned $33.00 in less than an hour. I won't be returning to this place for service. Decided to try this place to for the first time to get a shellac manicure. BIGGEST MISTAKE! Yes even though the price is nice the guy rushed my service and has my nails looking like a middle schooler painted them at recess. There was no one waiting so I don't see what the rush was. This is my favorite nail shop. It is very big, open and clean on the inside. The shop is decorated beautifully and reminds me of a spa (which is rare, because most nail shops are pretty tacky looking).  The staff is always friendly and attentive. I love their pedicure chairs and I always get the paraffin wax pedicure. They recently have even started giving you fruit and water while you are getting a pedicure. They do seem to change the prices on you a little bit, but all-in-all I really like this place. Read Less

I just found out about this salon located in Brown Deer. I went in and asked for a pedicure. The manager offer me new service call Supreme Pedicure. Oh my god !!! I really love it. I never had a pedicure service like this from any other Nail salons before. I recommend to try out a luxury pedicure and the chair massage session. Read Less
