I scheduled an "emergency" appointment last minute for me and my bridesmaids. Someone else cancelled on us and someone at work told me to try Super Nails! Everyone was so nice and friendly -- even the other customers. The selection for gel nails was really wide, and even my bridesmaid from NYC commented that the attention to detail was beyond what she was used to! Super Nails is amazing! I've had my nails on for 3 weeks now and they still look pretty bomb besides the fact that my nails grew out! All the ladies here are so sweet! They do amazing nails and finish pretty quickly! I got the foil gel nails and it looks freaking beautiful! I got black base and royal blue foil! I Totally worth it and will visit again! For the most part everyone is really nice here. They just recently upgraded all their chairs so they are better than they were before. Lots of gel and regular nail polish options. I would do the piedmont nail or one of the deluxe options. When you pick one of those options you can pick a scent they will use on you. I like the olive oil one. The owner was so nice!!! This salon recently underwent a change in ownership/management and the change is entirely for the better. Much more professional technicians, better standards of cleanliness. I am very pleased with my manicure (I got a full acrylic set with gel polish). Their prices are about the same as when they were under the old management and about the same as everywhere for the Brookfield area. I am very happy. Read Less

Terrible experience. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. This place is a safety hazard & should be investigated by the health department. I'll let my pictures speak for themselves. I just moved to the Milwaukee area from Minneapolis this past summer nails and have struggled to find a good nail salon. I have been to Nail Arts twice now and love the spa-like atmosphere. It is so peaceful and calm. Boa does an amazing job on pink and whites which isn't easy to do (a lot of people say they can do it but not many can do it well.) It is more expensive than what I am used to but  quality is good. Read Less

I had the regular pedicure which costs about $26 and picked out a shellac color.  When I went to pay they added $18 extra for the shellac and never told me that there would be an extra cost.  For this reason, I likely will not be back.Not too mention that the woman cut my toe and was more of a painful pedicure experience. My nails smelled so bad when I left, after a regular manicure.  I keep washing my hands to get rid of the smell (rubbing alcohol? and scented lotion) and it wouldn't leave until about the third wash, tried washing them in dish soap too.  My nails are breaking and and nail polish is chipping already when less than 24 later.  I had to cut all of my nails off because they are thin (from being buffed too much) and they were shaped awkward. I had gone to Nail Art a long time ago and it was just ok. They have recently remodeled the space. It looks much nicer, more modern.I got a basic pedicure as I was on lunch and have limited time. The pedicure was just ok, but I didn't expect much for a basic pedicure. I had a guy do the pedicure. He never talked to me which was kind of weird. Usually they won't stop talking. He definitely had no problems talking to the guy that was doing the pedicure on the person next to me and laughing. I have no idea what they were talking about but it's always annoying when that goes on at places like this cause I have no idea if they are talking about my feet, other customers and is just poor customer service. There are so many other nail places in the area that I will probably check them out before even considering returning here. Read Less

Terrible!!! Rude, unprofessional, pushy and bad quality. My friend n i were having a girls day we decided to get our nails done. We walked in and the lady doing pedicure yelled can i help u, we responded with what we wanted, the lady pointed and said theres the colors. We looked threw n picked colors, as she was filling, filing, and polishing our nails she would push each finger outta the way.  My friend communicated a few flaws in her nails n the nail lady fixed the problem half ass. After the second attempt to fix them the lady looked at us annoyed we just thought whatever n left. Now at home my friend is filing off the rough edges the lady would not see. Read Less

Rude, pushy, inappropriate I stopped here yesterday when after I had chilled polish from the day before. And I knew by the time I got back to my side of town it would be late due to traffic on the freeway and getting home. So I found this nail salon and was like why not get it done now since I would be busy tomorrow. I walked in and told them what I wanted  and I asked for the price, because there was nothing up with the price on it. I was quoted a price and told it would take 15min before I was helped okay sounds good right. A few minutes later I was told to have a seat at that time the towel that was placed infront of me was also used to brush all the dirt from the table onto the floor just like that. I was then given a bowl to soak my nails okay this must be the way they do stuff, there was a guy next to me doing nails and he was do inappropriate while talking to the customer. Not the usual nail shop talk, he was talking about gold diggers. His days in NY, his friend winning 90 thousand dollars he just kept blabbing the entire time. The lady that he worked on was a good sport because she was with her daughter who is getting married SATURDAY --- CONGRATULATIONS. The daughter keeps calling the mom and they are giving each other looks, which I'm sure they are thinking the same exact thing that I am lol. In that time I had 3 different people check my nails to see if the polish was coming off. In all honesty it ended horribly after that I will give the short version New technician started my manicure after taking polish off she was about to going to put lotion on my hand (huh -- really) then someone started speaking Cantonese and she said wash my hand. Then didn't have a clue with the gel manicure why didn't I run, well I was about to when it got ugly a lady was unhappy with the service and didn't want to pay. I still have 1 coat on polish on just sitting there while its discussed then I asked if anyone can finish then I was told one minute. Only for the one that was arguing to come finish my nails her hands were shaking, I'm guessing because she was upset. Needless to say I paid my $ and won't be going back there ever againThe owner I'm guessing is rude and seems to be rushing the technicians to take other customers. This place is bad- very uncomfortable there and they have not changed their colors since the 90's- I am really not kidding- they have none of the new OPI colors-they never change them- I will never go back! Read Less

Kind of lame. They did half my manicure and before they painted my nails they wanted me to pay. I have never had to do that before at any salon. They also kept trying to get me to wax my eyebrows to get 5 more dollars out of me. Lastly they asked if I would pay in cash instead of with my credit card even though they claimed to take cards.
