I really like the nails I got done this time but the last two times weren’t as good, the people rushed though my nails the first time and the second time the lady applied my dips so thick my nails started to break off which them! Tina is always wonderful. She's my go to nail tech! She's thorough, yet quick and timely every time I come in for a fill. Always in and out in less than 45min. Calling and scheduling appointments couldn't be easier. I've been coming to Nail Arts for well over nine months and seen many techs. Pedicures are always wonderful here also, as they take plenty of time and care to make sure I'm comfortable, enjoying myself, but truly take their time to pay attention to every detail. I've never left unhappy or having to come back early, especially for fills from Tina. They still look perfect even over two weeks later! Read Less

Nail arts does a decent job, although this last acrylic mani left me unimpressed. You cash see the file marks in my painted nails. Additionally, they don't allow you to tip on a credit card, I can only assume because the business gets charged more for that option. They do however have an ATM machine for customers to use so they can tip. No thanks! I'm not interested in paying a fee so I can tip. My belief is that should be part of the business operating expenses. Not an expense that your customer should pay. I won't be back. Read Less

I have been coming here for years, mostly to get pedicures. Each time I go, it seems like there is something that they changed or added to improve their business and make the environment more luxurious. For example, over the years their pedicure area has transformed with several new stations including kids pedicure chairs and big TVs. As a customer, I love seeing businesses making improvements because it shows the pride they have in their business and their dedication to their customers. WOW, they did a terrible job. We came in with a bridal party and not ONE person was happy with the job they did. Everyone's nails were oddly shaped , and my manicure barely lasted into the same day and I needed them to look nice at least for my daughters wedding which was the very next day. The other bad reviews are correct. They all come off as super rude, they do not smile at you and they look at you like your bothering them. It is a very depressing atmosphere. On Sunday, September 3rd, 2017, I purchased the following services from Nail Arts. (Second Level) Manicure and Spa Pedicure for $71.00, Eyebrow Waxing for $10.00, Total W/O Tip $81.00During the eyebrow waxing, the Nail Technician accidentally removed half of my eyebrow. The Nail Technician apologized and mentioned that the same accident occurred with the previous eyebrow waxing customer. Nail Arts refused to refund me for the eyebrow waxing services. My manicure was applied three times, by one Nail Technician and the Nail Arts Manager, because of an issue concerning the Top Coat interfering with the white French Tip nail polish. Before leaving Nail Arts, I received physical and verbal confirmation that my manicure had dried by the Nail Arts Manager. However, that wasn't the case, and I returned within fifteen minutes for repair work. Although I purchased the pedicure with the callous removal, I did not receive the callous removal. When I mentioned the negligence to the Nail Arts Manager, I was offered a $20.00 Gift Certificate. After an hour of leaving Nail Arts, my manicure was ruined and my callouses were visible. Once more, I returned to Nail Arts, with the intention of negotiating a credit card refund with the Nail Arts Manager. The Nail Arts Manager was aggressive, argued with me for fifteen minutes, then provided me with an additional $25.00 Gift Certificate.Even though the Nail Arts Manager provided me with two Gift Certificates, totaling $45.00, I have no intention of returning to Nail Arts because I am not jeopardizing my physical health for a terrible quality, although complimentary, manicure and/or pedicure. Additionally - The pedicure, manicure and waxing equipment at Nail Arts are visibly unsanitary. The conditions are unacceptable and potentially dangerous. Nail Arts should be investigated by the Brookfield Police Department before there are more nightmarish infections. Read Less

I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had when getting my nails done. They were extremely rude and didn't once talk to me. I went there with my friend and the entire time, the two guys were talking about us. Then when my nails were drying one of the women came up to me (the guy never asked for payment) while my nails were still wet and asked me to pay. Let it be known that she never told me how much it was. Turns out that for this terrible experience I over paid (this was the worst manicure I have gotten and most expensive). A few days later, every cuticle is peeling and my fingers look terrible. I would NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone. I just moved to the Milwaukee area from Minneapolis this past summer nails and have struggled to find a good nail salon. I have been to Nail Arts twice now and love the spa-like atmosphere. It is so peaceful and calm. Boa does an amazing job on pink and whites which isn't easy to do (a lot of people say they can do it but not many can do it well.) I had the regular pedicure which costs about $26 and picked out a shellac color.  When I went to pay they added $18 extra for the shellac and never told me that there would be an extra cost.  For this reason, I likely will not be back.Not too mention that the woman cut my toe and was more of a painful pedicure experience. My nails smelled so bad when I left, after a regular manicure.  I keep washing my hands to get rid of the smell (rubbing alcohol? and scented lotion) and it wouldn't leave until about the third wash, tried washing them in dish soap too.  My nails are breaking and and nail polish is chipping already when less than 24 later.  I had to cut all of my nails off because they are thin (from being buffed too much) and they were shaped awkward. I had gone to Nail Art a long time ago and it was just ok. They have recently remodeled the space. It looks much nicer, more modern.I got a basic pedicure as I was on lunch and have limited time. The pedicure was just ok, but I didn't expect much for a basic pedicure. I had a guy do the pedicure. He never talked to me which was kind of weird. Usually they won't stop talking. He definitely had no problems talking to the guy that was doing the pedicure on the person next to me and laughing. I have no idea what they were talking about but it's always annoying when that goes on at places like this cause I have no idea if they are talking about my feet, other customers and is just poor customer service. BEWARE!!! I have had a number of HORRIBLE experiences at Nail Arts and my last experience was my final. First, I wanted a new set of pick and whites and a woman had my fingers sit in warm acetone for an exhorbitant length of time to the point that it became painful. The nails they do are thick and fake looking. And my last experience involved a male tech using a calous remover during a pedi and during his inattentiveness, he rubbed a peice of flesh off the back of my foot. In pain, I told him to stop!! The manager charged me $5.00 extra dollars for this horrific service and when I told him what happened, the tech told him that I came in with the injury (all in Vietnamese so I don't know to what extent his lies went!!) That was over a month ago, and my foot is still healing!!! They will NEVER get another dollar of my money...I am beyond appalled that an employee would call me a liar!!! I have been going to Nail Arts for over 5 years now and my daughter has been a customer for over 6 years. We have had nothing but professional, expert service and beautiful nails!!! My daughter has gel nails (pink and whites) and they are gorgeous! We both have had their regular manicures and pedicures as well which are great too! The nail techs there are always welcoming and attentive to their customers and truly show care and appreciation for their customers. I would recommend them to anyone!
