This place is awesome; it is newly remodeled, clean and the prices are very reasonable.   My go to gal every time is KIM - she is amazing, professional and does an excellent job.  Before I met her, I always had a problem with there being big ridges between the acrylic and my nail when it grew out; they would always snag on things.  With Kim, I never have to worry about that.   Kim gets the job done very quickly - love her !!  I would highly recommend Gigi Nails Read Less

I had a nice pedicure and when my manicure started and I was forced to leave a tip on my card, I didn't realize I had no cash and wanted to tip. Apparently she either didn't like that I left it on my card or the amount because my technician became completely rude and definitely did not care about the work she was doing on my nails. I wish I could leave pictures here on how bad my nails look. They were closing so I didn't bother asking anyone to fix it, but not worth any amount of money and will not return. Read Less

This was a very nice place very cleanly and neat. However, my nails were done terribly! I asked for the regular French manicure which was $15 on the sign but I was charged $20. Then, after I had let them thoroughly dry, they began chipping before I even got home. Three days later and I need to take them off. I would not recommend this place for this service. Read Less

The owner apparently don't do black people nails but I asked one of the lady's and they gone say she only take returning customers or if you request her & I've been coming here for a year..not to mention I've seen people walk in here & sit down and don't even request her..then they change the music to rap every time black people in here and last week a lady asked them why the music was different and the owner gone say "it's a variety of people in here" like bitch I'm the only black Person in here and young one at that so where tf is there a variety smh but I love the way they do my nails 😫😫😡 Read Less

I decided to go back to Gigi nails after a four year break  for a manicure/gel tips.  my experiences in the past was not good, but decided to give them another chance.   My visit went well from start to finish.  No wait, and Wan completed the process in remarkable time and best of all she did an impressive job, one of the best I have ever had.    I will be going back for sure (to her)  Payment was through my charge and I gave her a cash tip which she graciously accepted. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. Got a pedicure from their salon. They do not use clean nail files per customer. The nail tech was cleaning her poor painting job with her long unkempt nails. They use freezing cold scrub soap and lotion on your legs. It was not the relaxing experience you would expect when going to get your nails done. I won't be going back here.Read Less

I usually go to a different salon but I was in the Brookfield area and needed a fill so I stopped here. My nails are crooked and weren't filed evenly and my polish doesn't go to the edges. I also saw on their sign that a fill was $18. The girl then charged me $20 and I said "I thought the fills were $18". She said because she drilled my nails down shorter it was $20. When you have acrylics and they grow out you always need them shortened and I've never been charged extra for that. She then saw me take a picture of their pricing when I left and then decided to follow me outside and refund me the $2 she knew she over charged me. I will never go here again! Read Less

I originally tried to get an appointment for my daughter and myself at Polish across the way, but after an unbelievably rude encounter, we headed over to Gigi. I'm so glad we did! Very clean, wide variety of polishes and services, super friendly staff, and they are great with kids. My 5 year old loves it there...plus free designs for littles! They were also so accommodating when I brought my 7 week old with as well! I only get pedicures, but this is my new "go to" place! Read Less

Very disappointed in my experience. I've been to many different nail salons around the nation but had a uniquely bad experience here. First of all, I came in with my mother and grandmother and they didn't seat us together. That struck me as weird because the place was empty and we had come together. I heard another patron ask to get her manicure done in the pedicure room so she could sit with the people she came with and they straight up told her no. Not sure what's so hard about seating folks together. Secondly, I showed a picture of my desired nail style to my tech and he said he could do it with polish but not loose glitter. I decided I didn't like the polish option so I had to decide a different style for my nails. But he kept rushing me, asking if I'd picked a color yet over and over. He was still removing my previous shellac so it wasn't as if I was holding him up, though I very much felt like I was. Finally, the finished product is pretty sloppy. I have polish on my cuticles, and it's not an even coat on my nails. The icing on the cake was, I was treating my mom and grandma and then found out they don't accept cash tips so I had to get cash from my grandma to pay the tip since I didn't have cash. WHAT THE HECK. At least say that somewhere! I would've happily brought cash had I known that!Overall very disappointed with the customer service, quality of manicure and entire experience. Read Less

I came in last week for a shellac manicure and left 100% satisfied. Earlier today, the polish on my pointer finger peeled off a bit. Because the rest of my manicure still looked as good as it did when I got it done, I called to see how much getting one finger fixed would be.Most businesses would take me up on my offer to pay for a touch up-especially because it's been longer than a couple of days since I got my nails done originally-but I was pleasantly surprised when I was told to come in and they would fix it for free. Had a wonderful time. I was offered a drink, the tech was nice and laughed. The price was great. I have one nail that the Polish has chipped but I am going G to go back and I know they will fix it for me. The only thing was I had an appointment at 215. I was early and still had to wait 5 after my time was to start. Kim got me started and Andy took over. Over all it was a great place and I will be going back. Thank you for having a great place! I've only had my nails done a few times, and this time being for prom. Every time I have them done the same exact way. I believe it's the the full set of pink gel. Although the people were very pleasant, I'm not pleased whatsoever with how my nails turned out. First of all, it was extremely painful. I'm still in pain over 8 hours later. My nails are very sore, and like I said I've had this exact thing done multiple times and never had this issue before. The nail tech did not take his time at all. The gel doesn't completely fill my nail, as it doesn't reach my cuticle. So it appears that there's already been a few days worth of outgrow. When the gentlemen filed down my cuticles, he left them very rough and jagged and peeling. Overall I'm just not happy with my results. If you'd like quality nails I recommend going elsewhere. Nothing too special. Don't have many gel colors to choose from and the one I picked they said was "new" but the bottle was covered in polish and it was so goopy. Not where I normally go but I was in a pinch to get them done. Filed my nails down SO thin they're bending, when I normally have really thick, strong nails. Didn't take the polish down to my cuticle, so my outgrowth is going to be bad. Plus, he filed my nails after the gel was all set and they're left feeling ridged. My nail tech was so pushy about getting a design or French when I told him several times that I did not want that. Would not recommend. Read Less

Gigi nails is absolutley horrible. they do not follow the rules and regulations that nail salons are supposed to follow (ie: using new nail files every time, sterilizing equipment, changing containers, ect.) Also they do a horrible job at shaping and it's very hard to understand them. Read Less
