I called to set up an appointment. They were able to fit me in virtually right away. I got a full acrylic set. The only complaints I have are the cleanliness of the place (lots of dust and stained carpets) and the man who worked on my nails in the beginning. Called ahead to make an appointment and they told me to come right in , because there was no wait. I arrived less than 10 minutes later , and was greeted by a friendly staff. I picked out my color, and was not pleased with their selection. My only gripe is that they get more professional nail polish like OPI , and a better variety of colors. If I come back I would have to bring my own nail polish. Other than that it was awesome. The massage chair was phenomenal and my mani/pedi was flawless.Read Less

Worst nail experience I have ever had. Dirty, dirty, dirty. The male that did my full set used dirty paper towels, dirty equipment and kept on a latex glove from the ladies before that was not only torn but stained yellow from smoking in it. He stunk of smoke and was hurried rough and rude. I even took pictures. The nice tech that painted my nail let the owners daughter know and not only was no apology given but at first they overy charged me until I pointed it out. Horrid, dirty experience. They should be turned in for violations and taught some customer experience techniques. Read Less
