Very dirty (yucky...dust everywhere). Tools not clean...reused cuticle clippers from another customer - I just died and asked that they use another pair but she did not understand! They use a power drill to remove the gel...which weakens the nail bed. I have never seen this before! Terrible practices. Read Less

Went in as I was not able to go to my normal salon. I waited 40 minutes and they took others that checked in after I checked in. Never let me know they were going to take me back, so after 40 minutes I left, they did not seem bothered that a paying customer was walking out. I will never go back again Read Less

I went here today because my normal nail spa was closed. I will never go back again just for the fact that they did not do a good job. I get French style with pink acrylic and colored tips. You can see the plastic nail they glue on through the pink on 3 of my nails! I'm very disappointed. :( Read Less

Best nail techs anywhere! Every once in awhile, I go someplace else because it's fast and convenient, and every time I pay for it. Manicures and Pedicures last the maximum time because they're done right. No hangnails, no sloppy polish, cuticles cared for. You get what you pay for. There's no place better. Read Less

Over priced! I took my daughter Sunday because our regular nail salon was closed. Gossip is one block from tranquility nails. She gets shellac and it was double the price. The place is comfortable and they are organized but way overpriced we will not go back! Read Less

I requested a good massage with my pedicure. I have arthritis. Everything was good up till the massage as always. Mandy massaged my first foot and leg and then half way massaged my second one cause she was pulled to do another customer. Never consistent and that's why I stopped going to this place months back. This nail salon is exceptional!! The details are all taken into account and excellent pink and white gel nails. There are so many creative options to have real art done to perfection!
