I went here for the first time yesterday for a pedicure. My technician was Naomi and she was very polite and efficient. The location is very close to my house and is very modern, well lit, and most importantly very clean and organized inside. The chairs for the pedicures are not the massage chairs like in most salons but I didn't think it was a big deal. Polishe should hire more experienced Nail technicians with better communication skills. I spent $120, left a $20 tip for a refill and pedicure and in 3 days my 2 nails broke and 2 others were splitting. When I went back in for repairs I was told I had to pay for the repairs. The tech claimed that my nails were "old" & that's why they split. Not sure why I wasn't informed of this prior to my refill. I made an appointment a week ago for 6 Bridesmaids when we arrived they didn't have our appointment set they were very unreceptive to the colors and designs that some of the girls were asking for a couple of us ended up with nails that were crooked and over jelled and one of them got so tired of how long it was taking that she actually walked out and had to go back today to have them finished I would not recommend B City Nails Read Less

I just left this place and I have to say this is my new nails salon. I've lived in cypress for 3 years and always drove to the southwest to get my nails done but not anymore! This was my first time here but most definitely not my last! Gwen did an excellent job on my nails and Kim did a great job on my feet. Worst experience I've ever had! They don't listen when u tell them several times a nail is crooked still she didn't fix it! The girl who did my pedicure didn't do a good job also she didn't put my sandals on so when I put my sandals on my nails got messed up on my toes so she had to repaint two of my toes and was mad about it more I will never be going back to this place and I do not recommend it maybe it was just the two girls that I got dish and Tina they were very unprofessional I've had a better experience in the ghetto Read Less

I was a little nervous because I am super picky about my mani/pedi but Kim did an amazing job on my pedicure & she was on point with the leg massages. The lady that did my nails had no idea what she was doing. She took over an hr and a half to fill my nails. They are all lumpy, my sides lifted after a couple days, and I'm not even sure what my design is supposed to be. She didn't speak a word of English and couldn't understand me. I told her my thumb was very crooked and asked nicely if she could fix it and she just looked at me like I was crazy and kept doing her thing. I also asked for my eyebrows to be done and she looked at a coworker who explained to her what I said and told her my total. She ran my card and didn't add the waxing. Wanted to try a new nail salon today and happened upon this new nail "bar," Polishe, in the Target shopping center close to the bike store and Ross. Great experience! Super cute retro place down to the last detail. Each station has queen-like chairs, massagers, and iPads for you to use to watch Netflix or surf the Net. Big screen TV's line the wall. They offer wine and soft drinks. Even had the most recent People magazine to complete the experience. Prices comparable to those around us and the girl did a great job. Chair massagers aren't as strong as some salons, but I still enjoyed it. Place was pretty empty - has to be because people don't know about it! They have a rewards program, too. I like the place because it's different. But if you like the tranquility of a nail salon this is not the place for you. The owners are very nice and always make sure that you are comfortable. They are a little expensive in my opinion but they do go out of there way to do whatever design you find on Pinterest. Been going to Tom for many years and still love him! His sister Bichdu is the sweetest and always does my design when Tom is done. We have an awesome client-buisness relationship. We always laugh, sing and have a good time. There are some who take a little longer and I understand that can be frustrating but my nails always last well last the normal expected time and I always love my nails! Read Less

I probably wont go back to this nail salon. I went in for a fill and new color/design. The woman took over two hours to do my nails and made my finger BLEED! The color she put on my nails is uneven and chunky. the design looks nothing like I specified and I even pulled up a picture so she could have a reference. I've been too BCity nails many times and they have yet too make me happy. Sure there prices are decent and there designs are Ok but thre overall courtesy for the customer Sucks!!
